Good afternoon, I express my gratitude and respect for your service in general, so I am sending you my complaint about the boorish behavior of an employee at the pick-up point in order to improve your service and increase customer satisfaction. Today, I was picking up 6 orders at the pick-up point located at Samal 1, house 19. I encountered the boorish attitude of the pick-up point employee, namely, when asked to give me two packages for picking up 6 orders, the employee said that he would not give the second package because he personally buys these packages and he is not going to distribute them. As a result, I had to carry one order in my hands, while the packaging was dusty, thus I got an extremely negative experience of interacting with your service. I consider this behavior of the employee to be egregious, since I paid for the service, for each order separately, an amount sufficient to compensate for the cost of two packages, and I also consider the boorish behavior of the employee in providing your unique service unacceptable.

This particular branch in Samal-1, 19 is EXCELLENT! The guys are good-natured, prompt in solving issues, helpful, polite, friendly. The department has 5 stars, even 10!!! Regarding the company itself, it's a mess! In those.I can't reach support, if I get through, they don't solve the issues! If the parcel got to another delivery office, then be patient, redirection to the right branch takes another 2-3 weeks))) The chat is completely dead! Sometimes parcels arrive empty and in broken packages. The company itself has 3 stars, that's the maximum!
