In my opinion, the most terrible courier company that I have ever met in my entire life. It's a shame to work like this without having absolutely no information about the delivery of your customers' parcels. It looks like absolute unprofessionalism, not knowing how to fulfill your direct obligations directly and what you take money for is something. I do not advise anyone to contact them
