Saturday June 07, 2025 (the 2nd of the Feast of Sacrifice) Unfortunately, an extremely sad and an incident happened to us at the yeni cheri ahmet ağa hotel, located in the village of orman, ibradi district, Antalya province, where we went for a holiday with my family. We checked into the hotel around 13:00 with our family group of 10 people in total (day ), 7 adults and 3 children (ages 3, 3,5 and 7 ). We asked for permission to use the barbecue located in the yard of the enterprise. The officer forwarded the situation to the business manager. Thinking that the hotel authorities would understand us due to the victimization caused by the closure of the restaurants in this process, we returned to the hotel with the frozen chicken we bought at the grocery store in the center of the village. Although I reached out to the principal directly and stated that the children were hungry, tired and sleepy, our request was rejected again. At around 19:45, the hotel staff informed us that we could use the barbecue if we paid a couver fee of 1,500 TL. This proposal was both unethical and contrary to human rights in the difficult situation we are in. I had to call 155 to request help in the face of children going hungry, crying and the victimization we were experiencing as a family. After that, all the staff who worked at the hotel but were on leave came to the hotel. I am a diabetic individual, although I am hungry myself, my only goal and priority at that time was to feed the children^. However, the business management has aimed at profit by being insensitive to even this basic need of ours. The business, whose task is to provide the comfort and needs of guests as a tourism business, has acted money-oriented. After all these negative developments and due to the ugly attitude of the staff, we left the hotel voluntarily at around 21:00. Paid paid 17.000 TL in exchange for 4 rooms for accommodation, although we wanted to pay 17.000 TL for accommodation, the employees of the enterprise wanted to close the issue by not receiving payment, but left us as a victim. They made us leave the hotel late at night, sleepless and hungry. Our Palestinian national guests with whom I came to the hotel also witnessed what happened and were seriously upset. This behavior, which we are subjected to on a day with a high spiritual value such as a holiday, is extremely disturbing both from a conscientious and legal point of view.
