4 stars is a stretch, but definitely not 5.
I came to the exhibition for work. I spent 2 nights.
Beautiful hotel, but far from the center. Excellent breakfasts, cleanliness, large rooms, swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. Slippers, bathrobes in the rooms. Kettle, water, tea, coffee, sugar too. Everything seems to be fine! But there are no refrigerators in the standard rooms. Hair dryers are also not everywhere. The rooms are very cold, and the air conditioner cannot be adjusted for warm air. She asked for a refrigerator. They are available on request. The staff carried refrigerators to my room half the night, and none of them are working. The first one didn't turn on at all. The second one turned on, but did not cool down. She asked again this morning. The answer I heard was the following: there are no more refrigerators... no more! They're over! Are you serious? Are you sure this is a 5-star hotel? Even in all 4 places where I was a Jew, they were.
Very slow check-in! We arrived as a group and couldn't wait to be settled. Well, you have collected your passports and you will settle the people who are tired from the road. Then you'll copy it out and give it to me. But no. But the fact that a table with tea and coffee was organized was very pleasant.

The hotel is very tired (the room, part of the bedside table was just thrown on the closet, see photo).
All this against the background of a very ugly attitude towards the guests, a guest was checked into the room occupied by me at night, and, of course, I did not hear any apologies.
All this is combined with a chic spa area and fitness equipment. The breakfasts are inconvenient, they take a very long time to bring, not a buffet.
