The hotel complex in the mountains is relatively close to Bishkek. The place is quite pleasant. But the hotel is tired: furniture, plumbing, swimming pool, restaurant. But great huge beds, where you can sleep well under the sound of the river, excellent bed linen and towels. The service is quite decent: good cleaning, they respond to requests, they give a bottle of water every day, the reception works well. The problem with payment: cash dollars are taken only new and only 100 bills, there is no exchanger in the hotel or around. There are no shops around. But there are some very good restaurants. Magnificent views of the mountains and the river.

Excellent hotel, clean, comfortable. Nice rooms and good food. Excellent staff, young guys, but very competent. The girls at the reception, the bartender, and so on were very pleased.

The amazing location of the hotel! A very decent and comfortable hotel. A cozy SPA area. The kitchen in the restaurant is gorgeous, it's very difficult to keep yourself in control. After 3 days of stay plus 3 kg!🤣 We plan to come again❤

This is a great hotel! Swimming pool, hammam, sauna - generally there is something to do.

It's a good place. It is not far from the city, but due to the fact that the territory of the hotel is tastefully decorated and harmoniously merges with the landscape, you immediately get into peace and quiet, the voices of birds and the noise of a mountain river only emphasize it. The staff is smiling, the cook was great, there is a large pool, good massage therapists. The only drawback is that you can even hear the neighbors breathing in the adjacent rooms. This should be fixed somehow.

I went to the baths and swimming pool with my family. The staff is very polite. It is convenient that they give out bathrobes, towels, and slippers. The hammam is always very heated. The sauna is 120 degrees. Even over the top, but the pool is not so hot. A wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. They cook well in the restaurant. The portions are large. Overall, I really liked it.

A chic hotel for relaxing body and soul! The medical and spa services are very impressive. Excellent service. Great guys work in the bar, in the pool, in restaurants, and at the reception, of course. The renovation is just starting to get a little outdated in the hotel. And everything else is fire , not rest !!!

As a hotel, it's not bad: great views of the river and mountains, mattress, bathroom. Slightly tired furniture. But terrible pillows, no choice, just two in a bed are not 5 stars(
As a restaurant, it's average.
Like a swimming pool with a sauna, it's nice, but it's cool and many people come with children.
Like a spa: we ordered a branded massage, we took a choice of hot stones - well, so-so, both didn't feel anything after, it's a shame (
The hotel has poor navigation, the signs and signs are outdated.
But the territory is cool, you can sit by the river, climb the hill)

The rooms are tired, as is the decoration of the hotel. Bed, pastel for 5. The staff is like flies under hypnosis. I can't say that this is a hotel with the best service. If you want to receive the service of aromatherapy with the smell of chlorine, then go to the pool. Chlorine begins to smell wildly already from the entrance practically. As for the food. We had dinner - it was very tasty. At breakfast, they already greet people at 9-30 with half-empty plates. You ask them to add it to the plate, they don't hear. I made a comment, they listened, but did not draw a conclusion. The next morning, everything happened again.
Bathhouse. This is a separate story. A sauna with plastic walls. This is the first time I've seen this. Everyone knows that when heated, it is not about health at all. But it doesn't bother anyone there.

Excellent 5* hotel. Since we had an event there and 350 people settled in at the same time, there was a serious workload for the staff, but they coped with it, quickly responded to our requests. Excellent Asian cuisine (buffet), with local ayrans, koumiss, meat, fish. The room has everything you need, the rooms are spacious. Halls for lectures and corporate events with the necessary equipment. The territory of the hotel is landscaped, there is a cafe with a grill area.
