We went to this clinic on 07/25/25 to get an EEG procedure from the polyclinic. My baby is 1,9 years old, diagnosed with Ocd, unfortunately we came across a very unpleasant, eternally dissatisfied honey. The sister who roughly pulled my baby during the procedure, and of course, with these actions, woke him up at 3:00, knowing that the procedure implies a 12-hour sleep!!! We spent a day preparing the baby's regime for this time, so that at 20.00 he would fall asleep and sleep until morning ! He fell asleep at 8:18 p.m. and woke up at 3 p.m. , after which he barely fell asleep with a tantrum at 5:10 p.m. I think such people who do not like their work and do not understand what kind of children they have to work with SHOULD NOT SPOIL THE REPUTATION OF YOUR CLINIC! It's a pity, of course, if it's her fault that our EEG readings are inaccurate!!! FOR A MINUTE, the CLINIC is COOL, clean, cozy, everything is there for convenience 👍
