High prices for food and alcohol. The booths are decorated without taste, it feels like the designer was high. Very long service. The sofas are low and uncomfortable. Salads, rolls, meat dishes are absolutely not tasty. The equipment is not configured properly.

Отличное заведение с очень вкусным и разнообразными меню. Бар на высшем уровне, очень много разных позиций и большое колличество вкусных коктелей. Караоке система на высшем уровне, звук очень чистый. Персонал на уровне, быстро работают, вежливые и улыбчивые. Всем советую janymsoul!

Usually, for birthday celebrations and some other events, people go to a meeting in such institutions...when asked to make a concession in drinks, as they do in other establishments, they answered me - you can't do it with your own, and that's why we are like janymsoul that we have such prices. Well, the master is a gentleman, as they say...

В моем списке поющих заведений это самое лучшее караоке в городе. Ранее нигде не было такого душевного отношения. Очень хорошая акустика и шикарное оформление общего зала и кабинок. Кухня очень нравится. Цены супер. Даже туалеты оформлены, как в хорошем ресторане)) Я не перестаю восхищаться людьми, которые там работают. Все они, от администратора до технички, готовы сделать всё, что возможно, чтобы ваш вечер прошёл чудесно. Большое спасибо) Лучше бронировать заранее, так как место очень популярное.

Караоке, общий зал хороший, просторный, оборудование не ультра топ но вполне достойно, звучание выше среднего, кухня норм на 4.5из5. интересные атмосферные залы с дизайнерским офлрмлением под города Казахстана, если место и не тянет на постоянную релокацию, то как минимум достойно хотя бы одного посещения.

Обслуживание на этот раз было ужаааасное! Попросила официанта повторить заказанное и нету его с концами!по кнопке вызова вызываем,не подходит! Раз 10 позвала,в итоге сама пошла к ним ели нашла официанта.Хотя людей не много было,не так как в обычные выходные. С колбы пиво протекла,оказывается кран не плотно закрывается. А нас не предупредили.Весь стол у нас в пиве,просила вытереть,тоже потерялся. Просила повторить лимонад, и тут уже 47 минут ждала,10 раз вызвала! Крч все было ужаааасно! В конце когда счет попросила нам добавили еще одну колбу пива! Хорошо я посмотрела, официанту подхожу он мне твердит что было 3. Я уже взбесилась, просила открыть камеры. Я то трезвая сижу,и знаю что заказывала! Потом убрал конечно. Мало того что мне весь вечер испортили,не отдахнула а наоборот! В след.раз ни ногой! А скольких людей я туда подтянула! Позор! Вчера было жесть! 12.05.2023. Не советую! Фэйс контроль не для всех действует. Официант очень нагло себя вел! Модератор почему откладываете мой отзыв уже 2раз!

Отличный сервис, вкусная кухня, качественный звук, современный репертуар, очень внимательно относятся к гостям сотрудники караоке Жаным Сол ❤️💞Были и в вип кабинках( большие, уютные ) , так и в общем зале( очень просторно, место много для танцев)

Персонал хороший, обслуживание на высшем уровне! Но!!! Депозитная система!!! На 20 человек 150000 тг. Нас в тот момент было 10 человек и мы взяли кабинку на 20, в надежде что пр дут больше людей, но нас было 10. Могли бы хоть сумму депозита снизить, но нет. Нас заставили заказать еще на 55 тысяч тенге или просто оставить эти деньги. И мы ниочем заказали на эти 55000 пиццу🤣

Любимый караоке. Бываем в общем зале с подругами и в кабинках с коллегами. Вкусная кухня, хороший выбор напитков. Звук всегда хорошо настроен, диджей с хорошим слухом, регулирует уровень звука микрофонов.

Хороший клуб караоке, новая техника, кабинки просторные и названия в честь городов соответствует внутреннему наполнению.
Фейс контроль достаточно жёсткий, проверяют на наличие разного рода запрещенные вещи, что повышает уверенность в заведении и безопасности. Касательно кухни, готовят тут вкусно, но вот кальян несут медленно, в остальном все очень хорошо

Заведение, идея , подача не плохая. Не плохой ассортимент еды и обновленный репертуар песен.
Интересный интерьер. Из минусов- очень дорогое меню. Имейте ввиду когда заказываете напитки! Цены на Соки и газировки указаны за 50мл. К сожалению мы тоже не обратили на это внимание и оплатили кругленькую сумму
