Good afternoon, I am an expert in fish cooking myself and I boldly want to say that the food is prepared here according to good qualities (Khorezm style) but they say time after time it becomes more expensive (now it seems 115k sum / kg) and the taste changes because the fish are not transported from Khorezm as before!
