Great hotel! We've been going there for three years in a row, and we'll go next fall. We're afraid to change to something else, because it seems like it can't get any better! Before that, we stayed in five-star hotels in Egypt, Mauritius and the Dominican Republic, but the restaurant here is better! The only negative is that alcohol and, consequently, cocktails are only locally produced. You have to pay extra for imported alcohol at the bar.

We visited in early June 2025. About everything in order. The hotel staff is 4/5. The first thing you encounter when checking in and communicating further. They are responsive, but a little lazy. Otherwise, they are very smiling and friendly. I've watched them get along many times and already hug at dinners (with waiters and animators) it's cute) Tip, find your waiter and sit with him all the time. They are very attentive and welcome tips. Number 3/5. It doesn't look like a real 5*, it's a little old in terms of the interior and in the very look and condition of the rooms (not dirty, but not neat). There were constant problems with light and electricity in our room (it went out 5 times, it was necessary to call an electrician every time and wait for him), with water (turned off and waited a long time to turn it on), at some point I really wanted to replace the room. Cleaning is 0/5. During the whole time, they cleaned up normally only once. After they stopped tipping, they stopped even bringing towels and cleaning up in any way. The funds were not refilled in dispensers, bathrobes and toothbrushes with slippers had to be requested, they were not put in immediately and then they were not updated with a new/clean one) This spoiled the impression of the hotel's service. The food is 5/5. Lots, delicious, always something to choose from. You won't stay hungry. There is also local cuisine, as well as the usual pizzas, pasta and barbecue (fish, sausages, chicken) , a wide variety of desserts. Watermelon, melon, peaches and plums. Freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, smoothies. Used wine, soda, beer for lunch and dinner. Very tasty French fries and pizza))) The bar will do anything for you, but not everything will be delicious)) Since 10 a.m., the Germans have been drinking beer like water)) Hotel 5/5. There is plenty of entertainment throughout the day. Volleyball, zumba, darts, water polo, yoga and more. In the evening, concerts and parties, live music. There is a lot of entertainment and every evening they come up with something new) Sun beds 3/5. The sea is cold in early June. Who likes how. We went swimming after lunch and returned to the sun beds by the pool. And now about them) you need to get up at 4-5 in the morning to "score" a place for yourself, although you can not do this according to the rules of the hotel, but no one cares. Otherwise, you'll have to go to the beach, because at 5 a.m. all the goodies are already "packed")) The pool is also cool, salty (I assume filtered sea water), there is a bar by the pool, it's not far to walk and it's more comfortable to lie down than on the beach) Holidays with children - ?. I think it's better to go with small children. There are 2 water slides and a small island for very small children. There is a children's club and a children's pool. Hookah 0/5. It is at the terrible hotel) It is worth leaving the territory and going to the nearest restaurant (Mozart) and they will do what they need to do. Don't be fooled by the low cost of the hotel, it will be exactly for that money.

We had a rest in June 2023. I liked the hotel as a whole. The location is good, 1.5 km from the historical center of Sousse. Monastir Airport is 1 hour away. The territory is well maintained, two swimming pools, one of them for children. Beach towels are available, a deposit of 30 dinars. Currency exchange is available directly at the reception. The exchange in the opposite direction at a reduced rate ... the beach is frankly excellent! It is 300 meters from the hotel, 1st line. Soft, fine light sand. Algae, garbage are removed daily, and even a tractor is attracted. Periodically, police officers drive by on an ATV. There is a bar on the beach with beer, water, etc. There are a lot of sun loungers, there is enough for everyone. Sea: so-so, because of the sand, the water is opaque, but warm. The entrance is very shallow, at a depth of over 1.5 meters there are jellyfish (large purple ones, burns are not critical, after three hours the painful sensations disappear). After 20/06, the jellyfish fortunately disappeared! Snorkelers definitely shouldn't come here. But there is plenty of space for children on the beach!!! The rooms are decent, the floor is tiled. The central air conditioner was working, but we didn't use it... Mosquitoes are present if the balcony is left open overnight. They are cleaned daily, on the 4th. Supplies and water were replenished without reminders. The restaurant is good! The variety of dishes is impressive, every day there are dishes from the chef: veal, lamb, seafood. Italian cuisine is widely represented (pizzas, pastas), there are dishes of national cuisine. The officers are trying, but not all of them. They especially try after a reward of 2-3 dinars. In the evening there is animation for adults, for children the animation starts in the morning! In general, the rest was a success, the daily wind from the sea helped, it was not hot. I definitely recommend the hotel
