All waiters and bartenders are always polite and friendly, especially Vitaly. Mentally, sparsely populated, comfortable, if allowed, of course)) . Of the cons: how much you spend is a priority, this is the main policy of this institution, the prices are exorbitant, you won't get much to eat), coffee is like 12p water, the second presenter Victor can easily tell that guests who just drink coffee are not profitable for this too elite institution (quote). The security is very unfriendly, but polite, scares you away even with a look, they will examine you from head to toe, they will easily tell you about the dress code and send you home or answer by phone that the institution is open, and the security at the entrance will not let you in without explanation, saying that today is a closed event.... The place made me think! They did not have time to sit down at a table, they withdrew a deposit of 150 rubles per person. OK, we paid for it. The request to issue a cash receipt is refused. Which is very strange. Well, it went on. The ugly behavior of a pretty drunk presenter. From one o'clock in the morning to seven in the morning, we managed to sing one song and then one of the microphones was not working properly. The songs do not sound clear who paid for the tariff of 300 rubles. The contingent of the institution in the trash " roll up, take off". The management of the institution - it would not hurt to put things in order and take a closer look at the service staff. I don't recommend this place.........

It is considered a very pretentious place. We've been here quite a few times. The security is very polite, the cuisine is normal, the prices are like everywhere else, the music is also good, the contingent is always normal. I did not like the fact that the animation of the club does nothing to maintain the cheerful mood of the guests, but supports them by forcing the guests to perform funny songs in the period from 2 to 4 am, although in all other establishments in Minsk, the guests sing any songs, and the animation already entertains the guests itself. I still didn't like the presenter, we were a big company from 02/03/2023 to 02/04/2023, we celebrated a birthday and the presenter behaved like a boor, refused to perform the song, arguing that it was sad, although the Olympics 80 Basta is a normal song, but the presenter grabbed the microphone and began to hum. The owners of the club should think about such employees, many respected people come to you, and such an employee spoils the image of the institution.
I also really liked the waiters, they seem to be old friends, they smile, they are friendly, they always make sure that there are drinks on the table and keep the guests in the zone of attention.
I gave 3 points only because of the animation and the presenter.
I hope next time it will be much better to spend time at this club.

We booked a table for two in this place, but when the receptionist arrived, she said that there was no reservation. My friend and I showed our calls, which confirmed that we had called this institution for reservations, but we were told that we were communicating with a completely different person who was on sick leave and did not have the information. It is not known why employees do not communicate with each other and do not give the correct information for booking, because we could have given another employee's number for booking, or called back ourselves when the situation at the available tables would be known.

To be honest, for the first time I wanted to leave a review, unfortunately, not with the best intentions. The interior of the place is pleasant. Very beautiful. Mai tai is one of the most delicious I've ever tasted. Almost all the staff is friendly and polite: the security (very nice people), the waiter and, as I understood, the administrator (the young man who met us in the hall). I didn't have an unpleasant impression about the backing vocals either, although there were misunderstandings at the end of the visit, but I don't think the girl meant anything bad. The DJ was diligently trying to knock out the microphone so that the difficult composition I had chosen would somehow sound good. Previously, I sang this song in other establishments many times, and subsequently watched video samples of the performance, and therefore I know that with a well-warmed up voice and a properly tuned microphone, I can sing it well (not for a professional, but for an amateur - yes). That's why I wasn't afraid to choose this composition, which I later regretted.
So, -2 stars of the review, I'm shooting for the LEAD.
I'll explain why now.
Only our table remained in the hall, and we ordered songs directly from the microphone. After I announced my choice of song, the presenter, not shy of her emotions, began to laugh, moving around the hall, thereby demonstrating that I was singing very ugly now (it could not be perceived in any other way). Yes, I sang in the worst way this time, but it doesn't matter now. There was no pause or other visible situation that could have caused such a reaction in her. I mean, I ordered a song, and she laughed after voicing it. (My company confirmed it to me when we went outside).
When I was still in the institution, before leaving it, I approached her and politely asked:
- Excuse me, but why did you laugh right after I ordered the song?
To which she replied to me something like:
"What makes you think I was laughing at you?" I laughed at the situation that happened with a colleague.
After that, I decided not to leave a specific negative in the book of complaints and suggestions, but to leave something pleasant + an offer, and take the situation down at random, so as not to spoil the institution's shift.

As you can understand, after discussing the whole situation with my company, and reading the reviews in Yandex, I realized that the words of the presenter were a bluff, and my situation was not the first.
So, if you exclude this, incorrectly behaving person from the staff, the institution will really correspond to its declared luxury class. But not now, I wouldn't say that.
No one has ever behaved like this to me in any institution.
Total: the whole institution has 5 stars, if you exclude the uncultured presenter. I don't even know how to evaluate it specifically, because it's without comments.
