It's a disgusting place! It's amazing that such a stylish hotel has been brought to such a state: everything there is either broken, dirty, or badly battered. The staff and service are appropriate.. I booked a Deluxe Suite in advance, arrived early in the morning, made the payment, left my suitcase at the reception and left on business. Returning at about 18:00, I received a key and went to check into my "deluxe")) which no one has bothered to remove all this time!!! as a result, they settled into a standard room, because there were no cleaners anymore. a sagging mattress, dirty towels, corks, etc. small debris were attached, and around 3 a.m. the air conditioner was turned off (the windows in the room do not open). I can't say anything about breakfast, because I left for another hotel at dawn)) but it turned out that this was not the end yet) The closing documents were not issued upon departure, referring to the fact that they were being made by an accountant, and they would be sent to me by e-mail. BUT after a MONTH, I still couldn't get them!!!!! A screenshot of the "communication" with the hotel staff is attached.

The furniture is tired, the bathrooms are too, the bed is blah clean, the breakfasts are good, the staff is normal, but without any special initiatives) during my stay, the hot water was turned off, but no alternatives were offered or even warned about the shutdown) I think you can find a better way
