Stayed in room 210 from 04/23/2024 to 04/25/2024. Positive: • location (to the exhibition in Atakent, which I visited, 10 minutes on foot), near the currency exchange, supermarket, several cafes; • 24/7 reception; • spacious room; • breakfast from 08:00 to 10:00 for 2000 tenge, delivered to your room. I took a scramble of 3 eggs, porridge and tea - I didn't bite off my fingers for pleasure, of course, but I ate a lot on the whole; • water cooler on the 1st and 3rd floors. Cons: • Wi-Fi. In my room 210, the signal was very unstable; at the reception they spread their hands, saying that your room is located like this and the walls are thick, try restarting your phone / laptop...Well, ok. It catches well in the lobby. Bottom line: in general, I recommend the hotel price = quality. If you need a more stable Wi-Fi signal to work, then ask for a room closer to the center.
