Disgusting attitude towards applicants. I sent a response to their vacancy on the job buy website. No one called me to talk and offer a convenient time, they just wrote the time and date of the interview in a chat, without the possibility of choice. I agreed, but the day before the interview I wrote to them asking them to reschedule for another day and afternoon if possible. They told me that everything had already been arranged and for some reason they sent a refusal after that. I wrote that then let the appointed time remain, but they did not answer me. I called to clarify if the interview was canceled, as I needed to leave my job. No one answered the phone, but my question on Viber was answered that their offer was not relevant to me and they found an employee. But then why was it necessary to confirm 5 minutes earlier that I was registered with them and there was no other time? What kind of attitude is this towards people? If I hadn't asked, I would have heard it only when I arrived, having asked for time off from work and wasting my time. Why keep signing up people and not warn them in advance that the vacancy is closed, even though it's on the job buy-in list? I do not advise you to go to them, you will waste your time. I have not seen such unprofessionalism in recruitment for a long time.

She completed an internship at the Minsk branch. Proper training was not conducted at this place. The plan didn't work for me for the first month. Nevertheless, after I started making calls, I started fulfilling the norm. There was a very strange attitude of the management towards me at work. The director asked me how I was doing in my new place, if everything was fine, if I was making calls, if I was making sales, but when I approached him at the moment to tell him how the conversation with the client (whom he told to call) went, I received in response "You don't have to come up to me and report every time." Every time I didn't come up, I tried not to bother him at all. Although the training should be handled by the head. And such "emotional swings" were not the only case.
A month later, I was fired. The director informed me that most likely the management from above decided to leave 3 employees and they no longer need me. After 2 hours, this company put up a vacancy for "job buy".
