The goods cannot be repacked during shipment, referring to "we have no right, the sender can do it", but on the other hand, upon delivery to the destination, they can open the packed, wrapped cargo and bring it in bulk. I used the product search service and a discount from VAT once. The goods were delivered in 3 days! But the documents for the goods were waiting for a month!
