I would like to leave a review about the guided tour on jet skis. True, it was in November 2024, but they completely forgot to leave a review, which should definitely stay here. We went on a tour of the "6 islands" together on the same jet ski, but were completely disappointed. - instead of the stated 4 hours, the entire trip took exactly 3 hours. To this, the administrator said that we started later (not through our fault, but through the fault of the organizers) and if we had skated later, it would have been dark. I believe that this should be clearly established and not affect customers. After all, the sun rises and sets at the same time. - Instead of the declared 6 islands, we settled on only two: rung nok and rang yai. We didn't even pass by the other locations. They didn't answer the question "why is this?" and only offered to discuss it with the management. - the video was shot only at one location, there were no additional shots in motion. - two hours after the start, our jet ski broke down (through no fault of our own, something happened to the relay), so the three of us had to go with a guide and tow the second one. We all understand that this is a technique, and situations can be different, but the impression finally deteriorated. As a result, I didn't have time to try driving. When choosing a company, we hoped to get a boost of emotions and adrenaline, but in the end we simply drove the jet skis through open water. We deliberately chose with prices higher than the others, because we were interested in Instagram and the description of the equipment. It is claimed to be the most powerful technique, but the word failed to unleash its potential at all. They did not give the opportunity for "free skating" in order to do something on it besides moving straight. We understand that there are tourists with different levels of riding, but we believe that a guide should understand and see the levels and give confident drivers this opportunity. They expose the power of the equipment as an advantage, but it does not reveal itself in any way when driving smoothly behind each other. With such success, it would be better to take 15 minutes by the beach and enjoy the drive. But I wanted to combine business with pleasure: beautiful views of the islands and a drive of speed. In the end, neither one nor the other We were given a contact by someone from the management, they say, "deal with them," we described the situation in detail to him. For two days we were fed breakfast with an answer. As a result, they replied that they left later because of the rain. Although the rain was frankly light and we saw how the motorcycles were refueling at that time. So the reason is definitely not the rain. By the way, it continued to rain for almost the entire 3 hours of the tour. Well, or you should warn that in case of rain, the tour time is shortened. The rest of the questions were not answered. They offered a 10% discount on the next tour or a day mini tour on one specific date. But firstly, it was our penultimate day of vacation, and secondly, we definitely would not have agreed to spend another day on the second such tour. As a result, after long disputes with the management, we were refunded 20% of the cost, which is incommensurable with the actual program. We were left with the most negative emotions, and we definitely did not expect such poor service and organization of the process. It's a pity for the money spent, but it's even more of a wasted vacation day.
