I visited your establishment, which is positioned as a "shot glass with a St. Petersburg soul," but the reality turned out to be far from the stated concept. The format of the drinking room suggests a culture of a short visit: I came, had a drink, had a snack and went. The bar is a key element where everything happens, not a place for feasts or leisurely sipping cocktails.
Unfortunately, both the guests and the staff don't seem to understand this. Behind the bar you can see either feasts or cocktail gatherings, which is absolutely contrary to the spirit of the bar. At the same time, the tables are empty, but for some reason they are considered "in reserve". What kind of hype can we talk about? It's not him, it's just the lack of a system and understanding of the format.
It is a pity that an institution with an interesting idea at the start turned into another place without a clear concept, of which there are plenty in Baku. If you want to attract and retain an audience that appreciates the real atmosphere of the bar, it is important to reconsider your approach and return to the basics. Otherwise, you will lose those who come for authenticity, and not for another "beer with anything".
As a result, I was unable to come to you for the second time and drink a quick beer in the evening. Although, in any bar in St. Petersburg, which you rely on so much, even during the busiest hours, you can drink both tinctures and beer.
As a guest of your country, it was very unpleasant for me to encounter such an attitude.
