Cozy, clean, hospitable, the city center, the room is well equipped, regular high-quality cleaning, air conditioning (in our case, for warmth).
Cool patios where you can drink wine and smoke.
I lacked a refrigerator and a firmer mattress. But the guys helped us out and put our cheese in their refrigerator at the bar.
There are also many types of chacha.

A wonderful hotel, the location is just great, in the very center. Everything is clean and tidy. Good repair in the rooms. The bed linen and towels are snow-white and fresh. Hot water with good pressure. There are no foreign odors in the room. Pleasant and polite staff, caring girl at the reception. I definitely recommend it.

A lovely cozy hotel. Very interesting architecture and interior, many balconies with beautiful views of Gyumri and the surrounding area. Friendly staff. Grappa and cognac of our own production are just fire. The location in the very center of the city is very convenient.

We stayed for one night with friends, celebrated a birthday! A magnificent dinner was prepared with tasting of distillates of different flavors. The hotel is small, but very cozy, with a warm atmosphere and hosts! Friendly staff with knowledge of the Russian language.

Very convenient location. A friendly hostess and very kind and helpful staff. There is a breakfast for a fee. There are a lot of healthy and delicious things for breakfast. The rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. There are disposable slippers, shampoo and shower gel, a toothbrush with paste, cotton swabs. Everything was very good and beautiful. A great homely and very cozy hotel! We lived there as a group of 9 people for several days ! Everyone had their own number ! All rooms are variously decorated and spacious - it is possible to accommodate several people in a room!
Located in a quiet location near a pedestrian street ! The hotel itself has breakfast, which is convenient and satisfying!
Nice administrative staff and hospitable hosts !
Also in the hotel you can try distillate of high quality from the manufacturer!
Payment is possible both in the national currency and with the Mir card - which was very convenient for us!
If I 'm in Gyumri , then only to this hotel !

The hotel is homely, conveniently located, everything is inside with a soul, they let me in with a dog, thank you very much for this.
We were worried that there would be a mess in hotels of this format and made a mistake. Well done employees.
Breakfast may seem a little meager, but I eat the same in the morning and I'm fine (scrambled eggs, cheesecakes, sour cream, bread).
The staff are polite and try to help.

Great hotel, cozy. Everything is clean, lots of towels.Shampoos, a brush, a paste, slippers are all there. I stayed in the standard room for 15,000 AMD. There was also a hairdryer and air conditioning in the room. There are balconies and a small terrace for smokers.I also want to mention the pleasant smell! There are jars with wooden sticks all over the hotel.Breakfast was also offered for 2500 AMD.In general, I recommend it!

A very beautiful room, cozy, but one small one, BUT for 4500 rubles you could certainly put a mini fridge and a kettle, since there is nothing of the above in the reception area, it is also a bar, and if you want to drink coffee early in the morning, you will have to forget.

Very nice, cozy hotel. It can be seen that it is made with taste and love. You won't see a beautiful view from the window, but the location of the hotel is very good - both near the center and at the same time there are no crowds of people and cars here. Very friendly staff. The Indian girl at the reception not only entertained with conversations, but also made cocktails.

A gorgeous hotel. The best value for money you can find. The room was warm, despite the door to the street and the balcony. The shower is good, odorless and with normal hot water. Clean bed linen. Pleasant surroundings. If desired, mulberry liqueur will be poured upon check-in.
There is no breakfast.

A small hotel. Clean and cozy. There is no sound insulation. There is no hot water either. Sometimes there is warm water (non-hot) the pressure may drop. Located in the city center. The airport is about 6 km away. Several rooms have a view of the ruins in the courtyard. I accept the world cards.

Отличный отель, замечательный хозяин.
Номер чистый со вкусом. Есть полотенца, зубная щетка, тапочки. WiFi, ТВ с Netflix.
P.S. любителям горячительного вас порадуют самогоночки 55град от самого хозяина.

В номере чисто, халатов нет как и горячей воды, а также кондиционера. Душно летом в номере. Чайника в номере тоже нет.
