It's a nice place with good food but music is so high and you can't talk and have conversation so I don't like it so much

I’ve stumbled upon this place accidentally, while walking around the city. It was lunch time, and there were no customers, which seemed concerning. The waiter was nice and very polite. I was really impressed by the quality of all items. To me it felt like a fine dining experience, plus it was in the outdoor setting in a secluded and peaceful location. I would definitely go back next time I’m there.
