One of the advantages is a good, competent, and most importantly not annoying staff. And of the disadvantages, there is a very poor choice of perfume, basically everything has been familiar for a long time and nothing more. The service is missing. No one will serve you, even noticing that you are standing and choosing. They'll punch it at the checkout and that's it. As a whole, almost the whole of Kazakhstan is without service.
