The John Howard pub, for some reason, is called the first Irish pub in the center of Kherson. Strange... considering that John Howard himself was an English philanthropist and researcher of mass infectious diseases in Europe. Yes, but he found his last refuge in Kherson, fighting typhus. I recently found out that there is a hookah there, which turned out to be very tasty.
