I do not recommend this travel agency, unfortunately we have had a negative experience.
I was in Kazakhstan for the first time, in Almaty for the first time.
I saw the offer "Horseback riding at the foot of Ile-Alatau" on the ticket.
I contacted the Joinme travel agency via WhatsApp on January 27 to clarify the details. But since it is non-local and there are no local bank cards,
it was more convenient to pay via a ticket rather than by transfer.
I paid for and booked 2 seats for Saturday, February 1st.
According to Vacap, they wrote down the full name, phone numbers and gave instructions on where to approach.
We arrived at the place in advance (parking at the circus). At about 7:55 a.m., we met 2 tourists from China, who also ordered through the Joinme travel agency.
The gathering was supposed to start at 8, at 8:15 departure.
The time is 8:15 a.m. There is no one there.
A minibus from another company arrived for the same tour. There was a hope that maybe we would be assigned there, but no.
The time is 8:30, I'm writing and calling WhatsApp to 2 numbers from a travel agency. Naturally, no one answers, since it's not business hours.
The girls from China had the number of a tour guide, who also did not answer the phone.
I call and write on Instagram, but no one answers.
We call directly - silence.
What to do, we wait in the cold until 9 and go to the office of the travel agency together.
At the office, we find out that they forgot about us, supposedly all the excursions have left, except for ours.
They offer to refund the money or choose another tour, since we simply won't have time for another tour, since we all flew out the next day, and after such an experience
, we didn't want to go on any tour with them at all.
I am very sorry for the wasted time.
This company responds quickly so that you book a tour, and then just ignore you.
I don't understand why 2gis has such a high rating. Maybe it was paid for.

I have repeatedly told the managers of this company about this, to which they replied: "the employees of this bank are not competent, they do not have the right to request an extract, contact another bank and another employee" (only 10 photos can be attached to the review, but I also have confirmation of these words)
For their part, the managers did not offer anything constructive except "contact your bank", to which I replied that the only option to receive a refund was to provide an extract from the recipient, but they were not satisfied with this
They also could not get through to Sberbank on their own to verify my words, saying that they can only write to them in WhatsApp, and Sberbank does not have support in this messenger
The only thing I was offered was to come to their office and re-purchase the tour with a discount
As a result, I was left without a tour, without 19,000 tenge and without nerves

Excursion - tour of Kolsai and Kayinda - beautiful sights - well-designed program.
BUT terrible transport and irresponsible attitude towards tourists.
1- there was a large group of 40+ and a big bus! The bus was very terribly uncomfortable! There is no air conditioner, there is no fan for cooling! It's +20 outside, +40 inside! The batteries are hot - you can't touch them. They asked the guide and the driver to turn on the air conditioner - a refusal, they said something with antifreeze, antifreeze, some kind of tap must be turned ... and nothing!
Look at the photo - and if you see that this bus has been served, ask for another tour!
Otherwise you will go to the sauna!
2- a foreigner was sitting next to me - he said that there were 6 people and they ordered another tour for 5 locations - as a result, there were not enough seats on the bus - and 4 of them went on 1 tour, and 2 others went on another.
There is a lot of writing about this in other reviews.
If you want to get on the tour for sure, don't be late and come early!
The guide Sanjik was attentive, told little, but competently and with humor.
Dear tourists, one more request: a large technical stop - all buses pass it in the direction of lakes and canyons! If you like dogs, please take some food for them. There are a lot of them and they are hungry. (There is even an alabai among them(((

We were on a tour to the Kolsal Lakes.
The air conditioner barely works, and there is no difference whether it is there or not.
There is a program, but you will learn about many things in fact: it turns out that there is a stop at a cafe, but no one says about it when booking that you do not need to carry food for the whole day, there are enough snacks. By the way, due to the fact that the air conditioner does not work, it is hot on the bus, and the food is already dangerous to eat by the end of the trip.
The terrible organization of the tour itself - the guide does not give clear and understandable instructions, does not lead or direct the group. I had to constantly ask her about the time and what and where and how we were going, otherwise she disappears and it is unclear where to look for her - the guide leaves quietly without part of the group, does not follow who and where. The only time she brought everyone together was to take a picture against the background of the joinme logo. The rest of the time, the guide does not make any stops to check if all the people are with her. Because of this, an extremely unpleasant story came out on the tour: we and some of the other passengers spent almost an hour on the side of the bus, waiting for the guide to return, who decided to give an additional tour to those who had not yet managed to leave the lake on UAZ (one UAZ broke down). That is, those who were punctual suffered the most, so if you choose this agency, try to come on time, in case the guide comes up with a brilliant idea to forget about the schedule.
That is, if you are a responsible and punctual person, then you will be the worst of all on these excursions: we waited 50 minutes at the curb, because the guide decided that 3/4 of the bus could take a longer walk by the lake, where we were given a large restriction, it turned out that you could only spend 10 minutes there, and there the most beautiful part of the tour. We were all told exactly what time to be, and there were several places where the guide could gather us as a group: the first, where you can walk to the lake or take a taxi from the UAZ, the second, where the taxi stop is not far from the descent to the lake. The guide did not gather us all in either place. As a result, those who returned to the UAZ parking lot by the time turned out at 16:00 at the bus at the curb and waited 50 minutes for the rest of the bus, which received an additional tour. If the guide had been watching everyone and leading us as a group, then the problem with one of the UAZS would not have been such an inequality, then either everyone would have had more time by the lake instead of the curb. The carelessness of the guide and the inability to guide the group leads to spoiled impressions.

We went with my husband on 04/29.23 to the Kainda tour+Kolsai +Black Canyon (20 min on the observation deck). Guide:Erol.Overall, I liked it. The instructor is a sociable guy, he played games, talked about the locations and villages that passed through. Everything is in moderation, not very much and not a little, we had enough information)). The bus is clean and old, but there is enough space between the seats. The lakes are magnificent, especially captured by Kaindy. We quickly went up to the lake and managed to go around it and go down the other side. There are no tourists there and you can relax and contemplate.On Kolsai, there are crowds on the paths, you have to wait to walk along the wooden floors. They gave 2 hours on the lake, according to the program 3. And this happened not because of our bus members, but the organizers. In three hours, it would be possible to have time to go to the Middle Lake on horseback additionally and eat in a restaurant and walk around the Lower One in plenty.
In general, what should be improved:🔥Food. When I took the tour, I took it without food, because I assumed that there would be something meat. We don't eat. They replied that there would be something to eat separately. In fact, some kind of strange, unkempt-looking house, with a dead stuffed bird at the entrance, and there are no analogues except pilaf! Okay, we limited ourselves to ice cream and our own supplies.There was nothing else from the cafe nearby. And sit for 35 minutes waiting for the group in a dirty field with cattle poo, there is nowhere else to go. Or a stuffy bus, while parking. And we're not alone, we haven't eaten. Such a thing!But at least it was strange to come to Kolsai (30 minutes from Sata) and see a bunch of canteens there, a restaurant, quite passable.Those who don't eat at all could do this extra.Time on the lake!

There's a big fat minus for this!🔥We were picked up from Lake Kaindy by the same loaves that were brought. They were 25 minutes late. As a result, many people came to the gathering, in 10 minutes-35 minutes just disappeared. Because the cars brought more people.But to our punctual group of fathers-in fact, less time for an hour on Lake Kaindy.The first sanitary stop at the beginning of the journey. A gas station with one toilet for women. Lots of buses. We spent almost an hour there, instead of 10 minutes. Why the tour operator cannot scatter some of his buses at different gas stations is a question.The driver was not driving super safely. Probably otherwise, we would have been driving back for another hour, but he was well ahead.

We were on a 2-day tour of 5 locations from May 6th to 8th. Guide: Ulpan
The nature and the places were beautiful, we did not regret the trip to the locations. But we regretted that we went with JoinMe. If I had known it would be the way it was, I would have chosen another company.
- We have pre-booked a double room. They paid for it.
Upon arrival, at 3 a.m. we were told that they could not move into the selected room. There was no warning in advance, we were simply confronted with the fact. It wasn't our problem. We were told that there was no other way out, we had to move into common rooms for 5 people. It was very cold, especially in the room where the men were staying.
The next day, during lunch, we were kept on the bus for a long time until the guide figured out where to take someone and explained the route to the driver. During this, it turned out that the couple with the child were not on the lists at all. And the other couple was moved into a house where there were not enough rooms.
- A separate question about the announced excursion. On the first day, there were two locations, of which we listened to a couple of suggestions about only one. No information was received along the way either. On the second day after my indignation, the guide told me a couple of facts about the places visited. She tried to smooth things over, it was obvious.
- The issue of settlement is not the only case of the absence of a normal organization. All the tourists were assigned to guest houses. They took 2 large buses. Then they appointed (fees occurred several times) the same collection time for EVERYONE, so we and many other people stood on the street for half an hour waiting for transport.
- The microphone was not working on the bus. The guide approached everyone and told them information on timing and fees. There are 50 people on the bus!
Everything is learned in comparison, we were somehow picked up on the bus of another group. They had a great microphone, pleasant music was playing, and overall the view was fresher. It was very unpleasant to return to our bus afterwards. Apparently we were very unlucky.
- You can also say about the tour. Although our guide Ulpan tried to tell us something, but at the very end, she asked her colleague to tell her about the Bartogai reservoir. It was just heaven and earth. This girl with knowledge of the material told about the location. Without a microphone! Everyone could hear..
If there was only one problem, for example, with the settlement, then nothing terrible would have happened. But when everything happens together, there are no positive impressions of the company's work.
We "bought into" a bunch of positive reviews on social networks, and it turned out that this is not always true.
P.S.After informing the group that the organization of the trip disappointed me and after a couple of messages from other participants, the admins blocked the possibility of writing messages to the chat.

On Thursday, 14.09, 100% prepayment was made for the tour of 5 locations-17.09, the manager confirmed the reservation and asked for the data. We got up at 5 a.m. for a guided tour, and were on site at 5:40 a.m.
Firstly, the bus is not the one that the manager wrote to me, I clarified this point in advance, I also wrote to the manager to clarify the gathering place, she did not inform me about the bus change.
Secondly, this is the most important thing, we approach the bus, and they tell us: "YOU ARE NOT ON THE LIST, THE MANAGER MADE A MISTAKE."
We are tourists and have allocated one day for the tour, getting up at 5 a.m. 🥲
We stood at the minibus for 40 minutes and the attendant tried to solve this issue, for which we are very grateful to him.
Bottom line: we had to go to the other side of the city, with another group, angry and tired.
It is a pity that the managers did not even write, did not specify whether everything went well, because their mistake was serious.
I do not recommend this company, unless you want to be awesome at 6 a.m. that you were not recorded at all!

We went on a 2-day Charyn+ Kolsai tour. We paid for an improved double room, but they tried to move in with us at 2 a.m. a Chinese woman who was from another group.
The bus was very old, the windows were covered with white dirt that nothing could be seen through them.
The guide, at her discretion, shortened the program, despite the fact that the weather was good and tourists wanted to take a walk. We were disappointed with the service provided, the landscapes themselves are beautiful.

7. I absolutely did not understand why a sanitary stop with a toilet for 100 tenge is needed ten minutes after departure from the final point (canyon), where there is a cafe, a free toilet and a view of the canyon.
