We were invited to the celebration of the child's birthday. The children were not very enthusiastic about the proposed entertainment. The animator filled her role, but, as it seemed to me from the outside, without a "soul". It was just interesting for the children to climb the climbing wall, but they had to stand in line for more time to try their hand once. Trampolines are always interesting for kids, but there they were also left to themselves. Perhaps this was all discussed by the organizers with the parents, I, as an outsider waiting for my child, formed my opinion. It is not yet clear why take photos without asking the opinion of adults if they need them. I understand that you don't have to take it away, but who wants a photo of his child lying around somewhere.
It is also not entirely clear why there are coffee machines that do not work.

The D.R. of the Son was celebrated. The children were satisfied, but not everything was thought out for me.. there are different checks for each zone (then you get confused about what you pay for), the administration did not warn in advance that a 4-year-old child cannot complete the quest with other children without his mother, although he was already able to. We were with a stroller, but the elevator did not work, we had to climb very high with the baby and the stroller. The hall is not fresh, but clean. The main thing, of course, is that the children were satisfied and the instructors are professionals. Thank you very much for that.!

Quite a cozy place with a variety of sports entertainment. There are cable cars, trampolines. There are many heroes for the quest. By the way, the quest goes on for more than an hour. I really liked the center.

We were on a day off without an appointment, the seats were only in the trampoline area. We were given a 50% discount, in honor of our Birthday (it was two days ago)
A small minus - we waited ten minutes with a receipt until we were called.
There are separate locker rooms for girls and boys.
They wrote down their data and left the child for an hour, and went about their business.
I liked everything very much. I recommend.

We celebrated a birthday in the center. We have known him for quite a long time, we live nearby and I go to fitness, and my son goes to acrobatics. We took a standard set of services: the animation for us was a quest at the Ninja Park , then we jumped in the trampoline hall for 1.5 hours, then we ate and played in the game room. What can I say - according to the children's estimates - "it was cool", according to the adults' estimates - everything was organized perfectly, the animator involved the children in an exciting rescue of the world, it was very realistic. We, adults, and children jumped on trampolines, there were 10 of us and the whole hall was just ours, this is another plus during the next wave of the pandemic (by the way, there are sanitizers). There is more than enough space in the playroom, and the children are stuck in toys on the console. By the way, an update for parents planning a holiday - the price tag is very good, in comparison with the same center located next door, we saved a very good amount on the holiday. Definitely respect the center!

we went on a weekday, except for us - no one. The instructor was cheerful, explained everything and helped.
A teenager and an adult had great pleasure, although it was scary to climb the rope maze, and climbing a steep wall is not scary at all, knowing that the instructor insures you🤣
Tired, sweaty and having fun.
We didn't go on trampolines, we wouldn't have had enough strength.
I think that the instructor worked every penny, although we were on the action, but everything was great.

We were at Joy Jump 07.03.22.
We came, paid, signed an agreement, changed clothes. The child happily went to jump on trampolines. The coach said to come back in an hour.
An hour later, I found my child not far from the receptionist, upset, without shoes. My child and I went to the locker room, the receptionist didn't even look up from the papers!!! It turned out that when he jumped, his leg hurt, the coach put him next to him, and then took him to the administrator (according to the child). I didn't find a coach in the gym. The receptionist told me the same thing. I asked why they didn't call, because I signed the agreement and in one of the paragraphs it is written that in case of damage (bruise, injury), the administrator is obliged to contact the parents. To which the administrator told me that he did not cry and his leg does not hurt at all and he was jumping around here, but they did not call because they did not find our agreement!

I still couldn't figure out what happened: they didn't find the coach, they didn't find the agreement, they didn't add it to the database. Anyone can take the child!
And it's not surprising. Because one administrator counted on everyone, and the second one was on the phone all the time answering calls. They don't see what's going on in the hall at all!
The main thing is to pay, and what's next... It doesn't matter anymore.
I wouldn't even put one star on it!

The staff is sincere, the instructor is young and approaches work with a soul (it looks like he is new and has not had time to get tired of all this yet).
There is a cooler with water, which is very useful, because after all the climbing you really want to drink. Well done for putting a cooler, not a refrigerator with drinks sold at a double markup.
There is a toilet, there is a locker room, everything is locked in the lockers, what else is needed?...

For children, that's what you need. There are several trampoline rooms (halls), rock climbing and an obstacle course. Children can have a lot of fun, throwing away excess energy. There are tables where you can then eat pizza and cake (brought with you, the trampoline center only provides rent, does not sell food and does not cook). How many times have children's birthday parties been held here - the children have always been satisfied. You need to order everything in advance, just come and go jumping- you won't be able to climb, all the time is scheduled in advance (at least it used to be so).

There are questions about the administrators in the halls. I agree with the review below. They don't keep track of what's going on in the hall. The 12-year-old children were alone on trampolines and called me complaining that two families had come.: they do not observe safety precautions, they push their children onto trampolines when children are already jumping there, ... they do not behave culturally, they interfere, they demand to give way. I asked to give the admin at the reception. They promised to help. I ran in 20 minutes. The child is crying in panic. The guy in the hall, the supervisor, shrugs his shoulders, grins. They gave me an extra 15 minutes. ))) I had to prove that the child's vacation was disrupted... They also get annoyed. I asked them to take the children to the next room, where the trampoline was removed. I took off my shoes and went to control the gym. Then the parents of those children who speak Russian poorly became quiet. This center has left a terrible residue.
Don't leave the children alone!

A very good holiday option. We were at a birthday party. We had a great time, the children jumped, then we were in a rope town with an animator and searched for treasures on a quest. Both children and parents were very impressed. The staff is friendly. I recommend it!

There are several rooms. You choose yourself, you can't change them, I might be wrong. The room is quite small. There are several small (square) trampolines and one large one in the room, there are also trampolines located at an angle. There are about 5-7 people in the room, which is a lot. We celebrated our son's birthday at the Joy Jump trampoline center. First there was a quest through a rope town with a climbing wall, then trampolines. I especially liked the fact that there was a separate trampoline room for our company!!! The children came out sweating and happy. We also booked festive tables, and brought pizza and cake with us.
