There are cockroaches in the rooms. The staff poisoned them twice in our absence, but the situation did not get better. We rented 3 rooms on the 4th floor, it's the same everywhere. The bathtub was leaking in my 404 room, I informed the staff about it several times — the problem was not solved. Among the advantages: excellent interior, there is a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), air conditioners work well, some staff understand English /Russian, in general, all staff are very friendly. It is strange that in a 4-star hotel (as evidenced by the welcome sign at the entrance), not everyone at the reception understands English / Russian, had to use an online translator from time to time or wait for someone from the staff who knows to flash by (mostly women who clean rooms). To respond to a business trip at the hotel, we were issued an invoice indicating the days spent at the hotel and all paid services, and checks were punched. There was one very intelligent receptionist at the reception (besides, he speaks excellent Russian), who literally saved us on any questions. Unfortunately, I didn't remember his name. :(He's the only one at the reception. Special thanks to him!
