There is always something new, in addition to the usual training sessions inside the club, competitions and interesting events. Group classes energize and motivate you to move on.

I have been training in this gym for many years and have been a regular customer for a long time. However, after the change in pricing policy, I decided to move to another gym, because today this club is objectively losing heavily to competitors. I don't want to pay for the lack of service and such conditions anymore. The hall has been operating for many years, but unfortunately, the administration is currently unable to manage and maintain the proper level of service quality. Showers leave an unpleasant impression: there is hot water, but it takes a very long time to heat up, it is often dirty, and the drain is clogged. And the cleanliness in the gym as a whole is at a low level: a lot of dust, dirty mirrors, hair and household items can regularly be seen in the women's locker room. Cleaning is obviously not done daily. Equipment with a lot of wear and tear: pancakes are broken, there are not enough sets of dumbbells and other equipment, there are few exercise machines, but they can be under repair for months. The service also raises questions: there is never an administrator at the reception, there is no terminal for payment — even small amounts, such as for water, have to be paid through ERIP. It seems that the owners are saving on basic customer service. All this looks especially strange against the background of the neighboring X-Fit: there is a comparable and sometimes lower price, but at the same time a high level of service, cleanliness, a huge selection of fitness equipment, full-fledged functional training and trainers with extensive experience. Against their background, the cost of services in this club looks unreasonably high. It is a pity that the gym, where I spent so many years, eventually chose this path, both in relation to regular customers and in terms of the level of services provided.
