The price is indicated for cash payment, if you want to pay in installments (which is possible for 2 months), the price will change.
The owner informs that the price is clear. The cost increases when paying by installment card due to the promotion (some kind of fictitious one, because nothing is indicated on the site).
In general, if you want to buy an honest product at a fair price, you definitely are not here. The owner doesn't say a lot.
