Information is provided that does not correspond to reality: the date of the event was mistaken for a whole month, phone numbers, etc. From correspondence with this company: I already wrote earlier that the month and date of the event on your website, when switching to issue tickets, were indicated incorrectly (this is your mistake and you are obliged to refund the money), then the date of sale of the ticket in the ticket itself is indicated incorrectly (paid in August, the date is September), then the phone number of the event organizer's cashier is indicated incorrectly based on all your mistakes and bugs of the site, the assessment of your work is unsatisfactory.
