Judging by the reviews, this is an absolutely normal practice, none of their apologies are completely sincere, no one has been correcting the situation for a long time, the company's management obviously knows about this. That's exactly how the company works - that's the style. I do not recommend contacting them and trusting the agreements. The answer about the high seasonal load, due to which the agreement was not fulfilled, is designed for what? When you accepted the application, you didn't know about the high load, but it appeared at 9 a.m. on the day of departure? That's when you noticed that you accepted more applications than you could physically complete? Or have you decided that mine is not important?
