I applied here to have a broken refrigerator removed. I made an application by phone. There was a slight problem (as they explained to me, due to a technical malfunction), and I had to remind myself once again, but everything was resolved very quickly. We agreed on the time, warned them in advance that they were coming to my place, and took the refrigerator out of my 2nd floor without an elevator. I am satisfied with the work of this company. She's a very nice dispatcher, and I've talked to her on the phone several times. Politely, clearly, to the point. And the guys who took out the refrigerator are great too. I read a lot of bad reviews and was afraid that they would let me down, but in fact, I liked everything.

Terrible service. I left a request, and we agreed on a time fork. After they asked me to move the fence to an earlier time, I agreed. I waited 2.5 hours. No phone call, no arrival, nothing. The operator says it's coming and that's it. So the hour goes by. Sadly. You definitely shouldn't rely on this organization.
