The bar is always open, it is better to order a glass with ice, a drink and a shot of alcohol separately, ready-made cocktails are either too watery or tasteless. BUT I think the main thing in a hookah bar is hookahs, and they are better here than in 90% of other establishments in Minsk, hookah masters know their job.
