The main reason for our low rating is bed bugs. On the third day of our stay, we found live bedbugs on the armchair in the room. We took photos and videos, showed them at the reception, but the problem was not solved during the day. It is very unpleasant to leave with the risk of bringing insects home. In addition, the cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired — there are stains on the armchairs, headboard, bed linen and carpet. But I would like to mention the young girl at the reception — she was very friendly and tried to help, but the problem of bedbugs and cleanliness is clearly systemic. Unfortunately, it is impossible to recommend the hotel after such an experience.
