The Julian Column, located in the Hacı Bayram Neighborhood in the Ulus district of Ankara, was built by IV after BC. It is said that it was built in the century in honor of the Roman Emperor Julian visiting Ankara to embark on the Persian Campaign. Among the people, the Julian Column is also called the Belk Dec column. As of today, the Julian Column is located on the campus area of the newly established University of Social Sciences in the region, and unfortunately it can be seen with special permission.
