Cons: the staff is a bit strange (some say one thing, others another, and it's very difficult to solve the problem if there is one). The bed linen in the room was stained, the chair was broken, the TV was playing with interference (it was snowing a lot). There is not a large selection of dishes for breakfast, coffee for an amateur. The spa is for a separate cost, and if you do not have flip-flops, then you will be obligated to buy them for a very unjustified price (9,000 tenge). The spa itself is nice, but the staff there is not very friendly. A woman followed us and always scolded us for something (either they put a wet towel on a chaise longue, or my shopper interfered with them, although there was water and soap accessories there). The hotel is located close to the city center and all the main places of interest are almost within walking distance. The rooms are generally clean and well maintained. Room service is usually done after 4 p.m., which is not always convenient. Breakfast is a plus or minus, as in all good hotels.
