One of the advantages: The good location of the hotel, close to the airport, the room is quite large in the Kazakh style. There are batteries in the room that you can use. To dry things. The room was well cleaned.
Cons: the staff is a bit strange (some say one thing, others another, and it's very difficult to solve the problem if there is one). The bed linen in the room was stained, the chair was broken, the TV was playing with interference (it was snowing a lot). There is not a large selection of dishes for breakfast, coffee for an amateur. The spa is for a separate cost, and if you do not have flip-flops, then you will be obligated to buy them for a very unjustified price (9,000 tenge). The spa itself is nice, but the staff there is not very friendly. A woman followed us and always scolded us for something (either they put a wet towel on a chaise longue, or my shopper interfered with them, although there was water and soap accessories there). We flew the whole family to this hotel for a couple of days. We took the suites.
1. Terrible room service: a towel for 1 person, although two people live in the room; no bathroom accessories; dirty glasses and mugs, etc.
2. The constant problem with room key cards. Demagnetize after an hour. I have to run to the first floor.
3. The longest possible service at the reception. To solve simple questions (for example, whether billiards is available), you need to wait 10-15 minutes.
An elementary printout of the document stating that you are staying at this hotel takes from an hour and a half.
4. Poor staff performance in general. The reception didn't know where the billiard room was, not to mention the cost and other issues.
5. Wifi is not working from the 4th floor. Mobile Internet only
The advantages of the hotel: each person from the family was given free access to the spa; the suites are spacious, have a nice bathroom and shower; the location of the hotel in the city center
Due to the frequent problems that had to be dealt with daily with the staff, the impressions about the hotel were bad.

I reduce for the little things: there is not a single hook in the bathroom and there is absolutely no place for hygiene supplies. This is the first one. Secondly, the maid cleaned the room daily, but replaced the dirty glasses only on the third day).

There is a column in the middle of the room, Everything in the room is fine, but at night the air conditioner turns on every hour, works with a creak for 5 minutes and turns off. There's nothing you can do about it. It is not controlled from the room. The bathroom is decorated perfectly, but there are small joints that do not cost anything to eliminate, you need the staff to work and look - eliminate.
I lived for 2 days. They never cleaned my place, respectively, they did not report water, shampoos. It was barely enough.
Breakfast is included. Couldn't order without breakfast. Buffet, the choice is not bad, but again the work of the staff spoils everything. I had breakfast closer to 10-00, so I already got everything cold, the scrambled eggs were weathered, the porridge was cold. The coffee machine could not cook cappuccino - the milk did not foam, although it was. I turned to the staff and asked them to set up the car, to which they just poured milk into my coffee and said: "it's fine"
On the second day, the oatmeal porridge was already over, but there was still rice and hot. The rest was fine too. But only all the empty tables were dirty, there was no circle. I barely found the waiter - I asked him to bring mugs. They brought it. And then he disappeared. It turned out that the forks were also out of napkins. I walked slowly around choosing what to eat, then sat at the table waiting for the staff to appear, looked through the door, called - no one. I waited for more - no one. The tables were not cleaned, so no one was going to clean them. There were no staff. I had to eat with a spoon and my hands. 😂

I was in this hotel on a business trip for work, rented a business room, a large room with two rooms, a bedroom without a window, a living room with a window, decorated in Kazakh style, everything is beautiful, an excellent bed and bedding, there is a full set in the bathroom, there are also slippers, a bathrobe. The breakfasts are chic and different, including with elements of national cuisine, very comfortable and quiet, excellent staff both at the reception and in the restaurant, a great location, we walked to many attractions, the Yandex taxi service works with a world map binding, which makes it convenient to move around the city, the hotel includes a visit spa, a chic spa with 9 baths of the world, a swimming pool, everything is clean, they give out a set of towels, a bathrobe, water, I definitely recommend it.

I lived in a room on the 4th floor, constant noise under the windows (young people gather at McDonald's), the administration does not react in any way!!! Also, the staff absolutely does not care, corporate parties are held at night, it is impossible to sleep, the walls are shaking. They replied to my complaints - "we can't do anything."

The reception staff is friendly and professional.
The room is very spacious.
The room has a carpeted floor.
Clean, well maintained.
Breakfast is a Swedish line, a decent range of dishes.
The SPA services were not used.
There are a lot of hotels in the city of any price category. The cost of our room was quite high, but we did not regret it.

The parking lot is not large, it is not cleaned in the snow, age-related cracks appeared on the walls inside, although high-quality finishing material is felt, I cannot characterize it in the rooms. The hotel is conveniently located, I was on a business trip, and all the company clients were nearby. They did not respond to the letter about the transfer from the airport, I ordered a Kiwi taxi. The rooms are large, tea-coffee-water is available, thank you. I was unlucky with the room, the air conditioner did not work, they came from the reception, there was zero sense, they managed only the next day. I had to ask for cleaning, it was not cleaned by 13h. There was no hot water on the day of departure "because of the accident." As compensation, the check-out time was extended free of charge to 14h. Breakfast for four with a minus, you will come at 9-30 - you will collect the leftovers of cheeses and meat from the plates, there is no fish at all. Anyway, next time I'll think about whether I want to come here again...

The staff does not meet or help with things.
The baby's cot was brought without bed linen and not made up.
When I asked for bed linen and a second blanket, the linen was brought, they explained where the pillowcase was, where the sheets were, and I had to ask to tuck in.
We lived in a suite, while the kettle is the cheapest, even without auto-off. They are not even afraid that there will be a fire...
Everything in the room was for one person, I had to ask for a set for the second person.
They are cleaned only after several requests.
The breakfast is modest...
The air conditioner is right above the bed and blows on the bed. Although the room is large and could be hung so that it does not blow. Fortunately, it was not very hot and there was no air conditioning.

I chose it at the booking office. The main parameter is the location and availability of a fitness center with a swimming pool. I was on a business trip to Nur Sultan for a week. I extended the room as needed. The mir Tinkoff card is used for payment.
The hotel is not new, but everything is clean enough inside. But from the point of view of the functionality of the rooms-horror! Sockets are made in a way that simply defies logic. There is no ergonomics at all. The lighting in the rooms is insufficient. The change of linen / towels is generally unclear how and when it happens, given that I left at 9:30 and returned around 18.
Rooms with a national flavor. The rooms are "in the courtyard" with a terrible view of the courtyard and the noise of unloading cars.
Rooms "on the road" with the smell of McDonald's))
There are no balconies.
Wi-Fi, or rather its almost absence, should be noted separately. I needed at least one for work, but even moving to another room "closer to the router" did not help. There is no Internet! I had to hand out a phone with a local tele2 SIM card🙄
Breakfast is included in the room rate. European. But to be honest, this breakfast does not pull at the level of a 4-star hotel. Very meager. It's easier to have breakfast at any cafe in the city.
A gym with a swimming pool is in fact a nearby spa with fitness. Good, no questions, BUT! For guests, Jumbaktas is paid. In rubles, about 1000rubles a visit. It is necessary to take a voucher at the reception and pay extra at the fitness counter. Moreover, if you want to work out in the morning and swim in the evening, you need to pay twice.
A small parking lot is free.
The location was convenient for me personally.
But next time, I think I'll stay in another hotel.

Cleaning. Very bad, they asked me three times on the phone. They didn't come. I went down with the child, after an insistent demand, a girl came, but she did not wash the floors, she did not wash the plumbing either. There's something strange about this at the hotel. Despite the fact that we took a Family room - this is 200 thousand tenge for two days! And they don't clean (And they gave 1 roll of toilet paper for five people. At the same time, everyone is polite, smiling, saying "yes, yes." But there is no result.
Breakfast is sad. Instant coffee! There is no food that is prepared in front of you. That is, scrambled eggs and other things have been lying for a long time.
The kettle in the room is terrible and there is no outlet for it, you need to put it on the floor. The mini-bar is paid.
Pros- the location is cool.
The room was huge, three-room. Nice pastel linen. Clean, white, not wiped. Comfortable beds. Beautiful renovation. The room had tea, bathrobe, toothbrushes, shower gel, slippers. There were fruits at breakfast (apples, persimmons, grapes, tangerines)- it's February after all. All the staff is polite, not a single rude word, very pleasant in the restaurant, at the reception, and in the bar. The restaurant has delicious food and coffee, ice cream, and room service.
It is forbidden to enter the SPA with children under 14 years old, they are not allowed.

The rooms are great. Breakfasts, for 4* - with little variety. Pancakes every other time, there were no cheesecakes. 2 types of porridge. The room service is strange: everything is perfect in the bathroom every day, in the room with a bedspread and decorative pillows on the second day they were folded into a corner of the room. I left a tip, but they didn't take it. In the lobby there is food from the restaurant, the kitchen is open until 24.00.
