A very good hotel, both in terms of visual perception and service, I often visit Astana and the same story happened to me everywhere, personal items that were mistakenly left on the table were thrown out with the trash and no one compensated for anything afterwards. In this hotel, when cleaning, everything stays in its place in the same way that you left it, while everything else is put in order, and it's just divine! The restaurant and breakfasts are excellent, there is a gym, a spa, a lobby bar and a round-trip shuttle service if necessary. The rooms are spacious, even the most economical, the only thing that causes minor inconvenience is plumbing and hot water, but these are really small things.

The hotel is generally normal, but 1. on the 6th floor, there is an energy generator on the balcony, which makes it so noisy that it is difficult to fall asleep. When asked to do something with it, the reception says that we will discuss it with the technicians in the morning, which basically means we will not do anything. 2. The TV works like a radio - it doesn't give any pictures and the request to fix the receiver was also ignored. 3. Breakfast is poor and tasteless. I won't write about the pros, because the cons are serious. And then decide for yourself.

Excellent hotel in the center of Astana. All infrastructure is nearby. Excellent service and food. The rooms are spacious, cozy and clean. Professional staff at the reception. There are good quality materials and things everywhere.
A small remark, it's a little noisy outside the window due to the proximity of the highway. The atmosphere in the hotel is of world-class service and service. I recommend it for a comfortable stay. I wish you prosperity and success
