Everything has changed a lot for the worse in the hotel. We come here from the opening every year several times. With each trip there are more and more disadvantages and disappointments. Today at 3 o'clock in the morning I had to wait at the reception for 30 minutes until the employees are free and begin to occupy us. In a few months, connected rooms with ocean views were purchased. When booking, we were informed that there are no Connected rooms and there are no close sold-out ones either. As a result, for $ 2,500 per night (that's how much a room in this hotel costs) we live in some strange annex to the hotel above the toilet and the kitchen of the restaurant with a view of palm trees between which, if you really want to, you can see the sea, but more of a swimming pool with all the ensuing consequences in the form of noise, screams from early morning. Children live on the road, where buggies drive from early morning and people walk until night. And also with a view of the palm trees, not the sea. For us, as for many other people, it is important to live close to children during the holidays. They promised to call at 12, offer other numbers. Of course no one called. We go to the reception, we were offered rooms a little closer than ours, but of a lower, lowest category with a view into the wall, a photo in the attachment. That is, for a few thousand dollars for a week, look at the wall if you want to be near the children. At night they asked for a separate blanket, waited 30 minutes, it's very nice when it's almost 4 o'clock in the morning. Now they asked for hangers, 25 minutes have passed, there are no hangers. From the "charms" of the last trip in November: queues for breakfast for 30 minutes, as a result, we had breakfast in a cafe, paid $ 200 for breakfast every day, lack of places on the beach, by the pool, it is impossible to book dinner in restaurants, at best they offer reservations in 5 days. With each trip, there are fewer and fewer advantages, and the prices are higher and higher. This is our last trip to this hotel, there is no point in paying a lot of money for a spoiled mood.

Of course I love this hotel, but for the 5 times that I came here, I was cheated 5 times with bills for additional services. Every time there is an extra breakfast in the bill, then alcohol that I don't drink at all! That ice cream. The last time I poked the bill in their face and demanded a refund of $ 500. In the end, they said that we would return it automatically to the card. They were returned 8 months after the second visit and repeated handling of checks and the question where is the money! So the only thing I recommend is to pay immediately everywhere and carefully check the bills in advance when leaving the hotel.
