Delight! We had a family vacation, we had a separate house. The children lived on the 1st floor, my husband and I on the 2nd. It was very convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The first thing that struck us was that we were greeted by a flock of monkeys.... The second was the excellent cuisine, we bought a tour with breakfast and dinner and never regretted it. They are prepared and served as in a restaurant, it is possible to order in advance what you like best. We usually ate seafood, everything is fine. There was also a buffet a few times when there were a lot of people. The third and probably the most important thing for us is the beach. We visited all the beaches of Unawatuna and made sure that only Jungle Beach is the most optimal. Yes, the road, as many people write and show, is not easy. On the other hand, where will you walk through a real jungle with monkeys? And most importantly, excellent staff, starting from the entrance and ending with room cleaning. They are friendly, helpful, smiling, and the cleaning is excellent. The customer orientation of the hotel is excellent! P.S. if you are afraid of ants, geckos, spiders, then it is better to stay elsewhere, although in my opinion this does not guarantee their complete absence....

It's a great place. Suitable for those who love nature in all its forms. If you change the name of the hotel to glamping, then this place will get its target audience. The decision to travel was made within 24 hours, and I read the reviews on the way to the airport. I wanted to turn around and finish the trip before it even started. However, fatalism has won, which I am very happy about. Monkeys, parrots, birds of paradise, and flora in all their diversity surrounded us from six sides with a stormy soundtrack in the predawn hours. The staff is very friendly. The kitchen is wonderful. There were few guests, and the dishes were prepared to order from the list. I highly recommend taking half board. There are no cafes, restaurants, or shops nearby. There are decent markets and fish markets everywhere within a 10-15 minute drive. I recommend visiting Fort Gale. The trip to the other attractions takes a lot of time. We brought back a lot of positive emotions and hundreds of megabytes of media from the trip.
