A very good center. All the staff are polite, helpful, caring. My son studied with a teacher, Elena Alexandrovna. I went to school for two years. We will go to school this year already fully prepared. My son was like a little chicken and now he is a brave, confident man. I was afraid of everything. But the teacher was able to reveal my son as a person. Even more, I will say that there were other languages in the training, like English and Kazakh. My son has a good basic foundation of languages. There were also problems like music, rhythm and drawing. The child, who was even embarrassed to ask something, even began to tell poems, sing and dance. Thank you very much to the Junior club center. In the future, I will be glad to take all children to this center. I advise everyone.

This center was chosen on the advice of friends. And we won't recommend it to anyone else for anything.
The feelings of our family at the moment are a complete disappointment, but who cares about our feelings, and even more so the feelings of the child, as it turned out later.
And now everything is in order.
In class, her daughter's heart ached, which her daughter told Natalia Nikolaevna (the class teacher). We learned about the pain in the heart from our daughter some time later. NN did not inform us, the parents, about this. We thought she must have forgotten, she was running around, well, it doesn't happen to anyone. Although for a moment, you can't mess with the heart, and the heart is not some kind of scratch that goes away on its own. After receiving a negative response from NN to the message whether the child had any complaints, we began to undergo an examination, since at that moment the child's health was a priority. Then the spouse wrote a message to NN with a request to inform us, the parents, immediately in case of such health complaints from the child. To which they received a negative response in the form of an audio call from NN, where she showed a complete lack of tact and, thereby, showed her incompetence in this situation. We were outraged by the manner and tone of the conversation, as this had never been noticed before in the character of this teacher. And the most unpleasant thing is that she called our daughter a liar and a fantasist, shifting all responsibility onto the child. The word of our 6-year-old daughter is against words like "an experienced teacher."
On Monday, 03.02, we send our daughter to class, handing over the phone, having previously set the silent mode, in case she gets sick again and worries her heart, so that she can contact us immediately. At the same time, there were no bad thoughts, because we believed that misunderstandings were left behind and surely an "experienced teacher" would be able to differentiate the parent-child relationship. But in the end, the teacher chastised the child for the situation that had occurred earlier.
And this time, she again did not consider it necessary to tell her parents about the incident, apparently considering that it was unimportant.
Raising your voice and humiliating a child in front of the whole class, that even a child runs into the locker room in tears - doesn't it matter?! She didn't even come over to find out about the child's well-being, about her upset feelings. We later learned this from the parents of the classmates, because the daughter did not want to tell, she was so scared and said only one thing - that she no longer wanted to return to Junior. The administration of the Center proved unable to solve problems of this nature. At first, the director allegedly did not know about the incident, but during the conversation it turned out that they had talked with the teacher the day before and there was a possibility that the cameras had been cleaned, since we had not seen the incident itself. It is unknown whether they will take administrative measures against the teacher. But we consider it important to warn other parents about the insensitive attitude towards children in this center.
The recommendation for those who read and are faced with a similar situation is to react immediately and in hot pursuit, so that they can personally see the whole situation on the cameras.
Such incidents have occurred at this training center. And it's up to you to decide whether to trust your children in such hands. It's not for nothing that they say the fish rots from the head.
And finally: always read reviews, especially negative ones - they are written for a reason, but in order to warn you.
