A small but very cozy place — a lot of cafes, canteens, supermarkets, shops - for every taste Excellent coworking space and a gym nearby, there is a pharmacy, laundry, much more, and even massage chairs on the ground floor and a point for free charging of phones with well-functioning cords. Also, all cafes have "lunches" for a good price and for every taste. And although the building is small, it has only 4 floors, but there are two elevators, stairs and escalators. There is even a place with delicious donuts and a shop with cosmetics and sports nutrition.

They named themselves too hard to pronounce, it's a little cramped inside. The escalators are small, and the concept for such a place has not been fully thought out. Half of them are empty. Whether the food zone would have been more interesting, more diverse, or some kind of unknown fitness, in general, there is no concept, has not been completed.

I only use the gym and rarely the grocery store. There's nothing to go for just like that. It bothers me that they can close the escalator at the same time and start cleaning the only staircase so that it is impossible to pass. The savings on heat are very surprising - the front door opens only 4 months a year. Since this is nurly tau, it is simply impossible to park during business hours. It's a pity that the tangerine goose moved out. At least it was possible to eat well.

A good shopping center in the Nurly Tau area. Only it's very hot upstairs in summer, where there's a pint and a goose. Inside there is a Starbucks and an awesome Drinkit coffee shop (note where there are a lot of people - and Starbucks is quiet)

We work nearby, I'm glad that I opened up. I was in the Magnum on the floor below - it's small, but it's better than nothing. In this area, shops like to raise prices, but not Magnum. There is also a pint on the floor above. Not a small one - although it's not my thing to eat, somehow it didn't go down. There is a rocking chair at the very bottom - colleagues walk, and I look. In general, I like everything!
