I wanted to exchange currency here. Who is from the Russian Federation, keep in mind that it will not work just like that, you will need a Kazakhstani IIN, and you will also need to fill out a certain questionnaire on 4 sheets, where, in addition to specifying standard data (full name, passport data, address, phone number), you will need to answer very personal questions about the availability of real estate, your average income, for what purposes you need money, etc., and also give your consent to transfer all this data to third parties (I remind you that we are talking about a regular currency exchange...) A young man who is sitting near the terminal with coupons is stupidly playing on the phone without any hesitation. There is one manager (out of 4 possible ones) and one cash register out of two, you can calculate the efficiency of the department yourself. I sat in line for about half an hour, but left with nothing, because my iin was not in the database (it was received quite recently). The manager told me a strange phrase, "if you just need to exchange, then go to the people's bank." I just didn't understand... and I didn't just go to your bank to exchange it, did I? I'm just glad that I didn't leave all my data with you in the bank - I took the completed questionnaire with me.

На сайте пишут, что выдают карту нерезидентам. Но не пишут, что при этом нужен трудовой договор РК (насколько знаю, это инициатива банка т.к. такого распоряжения от правительства нет). Ну и ладно. Пока оранжевый банк выделывается - красный банк без проблем работает со всем и получает выгоду. Кому от этого хуже? Всем и так всё понятно. Двигайтесь в том же направлении

The Jusan branch in Mega, small queues, enough space to wait. But they do not issue cards to non-residents without a RVP (in June 23rd they personally issued them to me). On the same day, a multi-currency card was issued to a non-resident in another Jusan branch without any problems.
So, if you are a non-resident without an RVP, then you are not here.
