Usually without queues. The service is standard, unremarkable. Parking along Alimzhanova Street is packed, it feels like it's around the clock, but this is typical for the business center of Alma Ata. A solid four.

Do not take any loans here, first of all, the interest is unreasonable. If you get a loan from this bank, then the credit history in all banks immediately deteriorates, I don't understand why I'm just shocked. The first review that I wrote was deleted, too, it is not clear why.

I was making out a card for myself in this department. I was very pleased. The manager helped and explained everything in detail. She even said you'd call if you didn't figure it out. I changed money at the checkout and deposited it, the cashier also explained everything in detail.
