I was a regular customer of the JUST store until today, but I will no longer shop in this store not because of the quality of the goods, but because of the inappropriate behavior of the employees of the branch, which is located near the Buyuk Ipak Yoli metro station (specifically a cashier named Boston or Doston). Now I understand how important it is to recruit adequate employees to run a successful business. My brother bought pants with a faulty zipper, and upon purchase we were told that a refund is possible within 10 days. Due to this disadvantage, we decided to exchange the goods, since such cases of marriage happen, and we did not see this as a problem. 1. When we arrived at the store, we were asked to wait for the cashier, since he was not at the workplace, which is already the first drawback. 2. When he finally came, we provided a receipt and asked to exchange the product for a similar one, but he did not tell us that the right size was not available (he did not tell srzau). 3. When we asked what the problem was, he said that we could choose another product, but he did not immediately inform us about this. 4. After choosing another product, he stated that there is no label on the product, so the exchange is impossible. My brother replied that when buying, they talked about a refund within 10 days. 5. After choosing a suitable product, the cashier said that there was a difference in price, and we had to pay extra, since the product was purchased at a discount, although the discount was still valid. 6. We were extremely annoyed that the cashier did not inform us about all these nuances from the very beginning. As customers, we have spent a lot of nerves and time. The JUST team, if you are reading this, please understand the situation and choose more suitable candidates for the job. The incident occurred on June 8, 2024 between 18:40 and 19:30.
