A wonderful hotel! We took a deluxe room with a sea view - we came across a corner room, we saw both the sea and the mountains. The hotel is family-run, very quiet, 1/4 of the Russian guests, the rest are Chinese families. The rooms are spacious, the cleaning is daily and of high quality. The only drawbacks are the lack of air fresheners/odor exterminators. All rooms are equipped with a dehumidifier, which is very important due to the high humidity. The wifi has a built-in VPN, our applications open, but very slowly, the speed is low. The territory of the hotel is huge, there is everything you need. There is a huge swimming pool where Chinese people ski, with a depth of 1.4 m. There is a children's pool nearby. In good weather, dinners are organized on the large veranda with live music. Very atmospheric! We recommend that you try it. A Russian-speaking man works in the kitchen, who helped us decide on the dishes several times and told us about the peculiarities of the local cuisine. The cuisine is 2/3 Chinese, 1/3 European. There are thoughts and porridges at breakfast, and you can ask for a poached egg separately. There are few meat dishes (which are familiar to us), but good seafood, lots of delicious fruits, and ice cream (10-12 flavors). Communication at the reception takes place through the staff translator, we had no problems. But no one understands English. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. We went for a walk for the first couple of days, then switched to a scooter like all the locals. The rest has become much more pleasant. Overall, the hotel left a great impression. If we're going to Dadonghai again, it'll be here.

I had a rest in September. The hotel was less than half full. At first we had a room with a view of the garden, then we were moved to the same room but with a view of the sea. When I lived overlooking the garden, in the morning I saw a flock of monkeys walking in this garden, some of them even wandered along the railing of the first-floor balcony, very interesting. As it turned out later, these are wild monkeys and they sometimes fly in here. Our room was standard but superior, the room was cleaned every day, there is a bathtub with a sea view, a large balcony with a bed. Good breakfasts, both European and local dishes. To the central beach, 10 minutes walk along the embankment. There is always a Russian-speaking guide at the hotel. I recommend the hotel, I think it is the most premium in Dadonghai Bay.

We had a resort room with a view of the mountain, we did not lose)) there was a corner room on the top floor, we watched the monkeys from the window several times, the sea was also visible, if we go here again, we will ask for the same room) the disadvantage for us was the pool schedule, it is until 21:00, I would like to see it until 23)) the room is large, in fact three zones, an entrance hall with a workplace, armchairs and a table, a large bed and another sofa and an armchair with a table. There is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. In the video, the view from our balcony) We also had to survive a strong typhoon here, I would like to note the work of the staff, they coped perfectly. The "quality" of the hotel is also excellent, unlike other hotels in ours, the glass remained in place, the doors were not knocked out, they were not flooded.

One of the disadvantages is the lack of a private beach, but the travel agent warned about this, it was a 20-minute walk to the beach where you could swim. I was lucky, I had a lovely room. Spacious, equipped, huge balcony. Although the friends were less fortunate, the room was different and there were problems with the air conditioning. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied, the service is comfortable, the staff solves questions quickly and is always ready to help. The picture of the holiday is spoiled by the lack of its own beach and some distance from the center, but with the beach this is the common problem of the island, and the remoteness rather gives silence from the music on the street. So if I come back, it's quite possible that I'll choose this hotel again.

Nice hotel. Probably the best in Dadonghai. Delicious and varied breakfasts, although it's the same every day. By location, kupable beach is 10-15 minutes away, where the first pen is. The hotel is stylish and beautiful, but I'm taking a star off for some design mistakes: when you turn on the bathroom light at night, the whole room lights up; the refrigerator is noisy; there is a view from the window almost into the wall. Would you come back here? It's unlikely, but it's more because of the bay itself, because even if there are small waves, they close it and you can't swim. But nearby there is Xiaodonghai, 2 km from the beach, 11 yuan by taxi, it's beautiful, palm trees, you can swim at any time.

We took a taxi to the Marriott in Yalongbay The trip costs 65 yuan one way They sunbathed and rested there, and in the evening they returned and went for a walk around Dadonghai. We also went to the beach in Sanya. But in the end, we decided that we definitely chill in Yalongbay, and the whole world in Dadonghai! They didn't regret anything.

The hotel is excellent, cleaned every day, including a change of bed linen, towels, and consumables. The room is clean and tidy. The maid on the 11th floor is as cool and friendly as possible. We have a room overlooking the garden with 2 large beds. The territory is very beautiful and well maintained. The breakfasts are very good, there is a lot of Chinese, but there is also plenty of versatile food. In Hainan, 90% of tourists are Chinese citizens, so in principle, when traveling here, you do not have to expect that you will be spoken to in Russian or English and fed familiar food at the hotel, and even in the variety of Turkish all inclusive. At breakfast at the JW Marriott, there is a Russian-speaking employee, Jasur, who is very friendly.
