A wonderful hotel! It's very beautiful, clean, and looks pretty fresh, and it's great for Thailand. A huge territory, very green. There are many places where you can spend some time. There are no noisy parties, a large number of shops. This hotel is for those who want peace and quiet. Delicious breakfasts, delicious coffee and a large selection of fruits There are routes to the city, be sure to check on the resource. There is a night market nearby several times a week. There are also tuk-tuks near the hotel, there is an exchange (it is not marked on the maps), small shops. There are many restaurants with local food and massage parlors on the beach near the hotel.

A gorgeous hotel. This is a different Thailand. Perfect, exquisite. A very large territory, well-groomed, clean, the beach is huge with sun beds, there are caravans with beach towels on the shore, they give SPF, aloe, if overcooked. The service on the beach is excellent, there are various drinks at the bar. Amazing breakfasts, an abundance of fruits, cheeses, fish, cuisines of different nations. The rooms are clean, everything works perfectly. Once we went for a massage at the SPA - the height of bliss, high and aesthetic pleasure. We also went for a massage every day to the Thai village, there is a passage to the left of the beach, there is a massage promenade, outdoor cabins with sun beds, body massage for 60 minutes under the sound of the sea, only 350 baht. There are many restaurants on the territory of the hotel, we visited almost everything, they cook delicious, but we had to wait, we had a huge company. The hotel is a bit far from the street with shops, but we didn't need them. The rest was great, but not enough, there were only 5 nights, as if it were a dream.

We stayed at this hotel out of season at the end of August. We were lucky with the weather for this period (the rains were short and mostly at night). The pool with a total length of 2.5 km, if I'm not mistaken, is above all praise. Monitor lizards run around the territory and this adds an exotic touch to the rest. There were green flag days on the beach after all. The only drawback is the distance from "civilization", but, if desired, this can be compensated by periodic outings, and this is enough, as for me. There are cafes on the shore where the food is not even bad, and, of course, massage "canopy salons".

A very nice hotel, 5*. There are many pools, For children there is a slide and an inflatable ball in different pools. There is also a swimming pool with waves. All pools are connected by channels. On the territory of 5! restaurants + cafes on the beach. Everywhere is delicious BUT expensive. There are also cafes outside the territory. They are 2 times cheaper, but this is for an amateur. The rooms are large, clean with great filling and are located close to the sea. There are always sun beds and towels on the beach. You can take special surfboards for free and ride the waves, the children are delighted! The room stock is large, but you can't see people during the day, you only realize at a great breakfast that the hotel is almost full. The staff copes perfectly, seating all those who came promptly. But it's better to come early for breakfast. Near the central entrance to the hotel there are a couple of shops with beer, water and ice cream and an exchange. There are many massage places on the beach, outside the hotel, you can relax to the sound of the surf! In the evening, after sunset, there is a fire show on the beach! I recommend the hotel! 4-5 days is just right.

To the left of the beach there are a lot of massage parlors, cafes (they cook delicious) Khao Lak city center is 10 minutes away by taxi. There is a garden where pets, plants, trees, and a pond live. Excellent children's water play areas, there is a cool children's room. The beach is divided into two zones, an adult and a family with children. You can go kayaking, surfboards and swim boards.

Everything is great! We rested for 9 days! We checked in at 10-30, while at no extra charge we offered a room with its own access to the pool, which is more expensive! The breakfasts are excellent, natural fresh juices, expensive cheeses, salmon! They are cleaned 2 times a day, the sea and the beach are clean! The staff always does everything to fulfill your every wish! There are free bicycles for cycling, there are practically no buildings around and wildlife or coconut palm plantations! There is a grocery and household goods store next to the hotel, about 5% more expensive than 7 / eleven, the nearest 7/ clover is 2.5 km away! There is a great cafe and massage on the beach near the hotel, prices are cheaper than in Phuket! With an ocean view. In the cafe, which is on the right outside the hotel fence, there is a bike rental of 350 Baht / day, no deposit is required.

A gorgeous family hotel! But if you don't want to hear children's screams, exactly half of the beach is an 18+ zone. The beach is equipped with comfortable soft sun beds, unlimited towels. Drinks and food are brought on the beach (order by QR code). The territory is huge, green and well maintained. Breakfast is on a solid 4. But at the same time there is everything. For 10 days, I never had a thought that something was missing or I was hungry.

Like it: -excellent restaurants, with excellent food and a children's menu (I recommend to take immediately tomorrow /dinner) -large landscaped area where you can walk -nice beach with service I didn't like it -there are many weddings in the hotel that are not controlled (there were unexpected fireworks and explosions, which you would not expect in the airport). - there is not much entertainment for children under 3 years old, there is a children's room, but not a large area where they can run, there are no children's pools for the little ones. Russian Russian is a special thanks to the chefs of five restaurants, as well as to the Nuch waitress from Olivia restaurant. The girl tries to speak Russian, is incredibly sweet and caring; recommends drinks, tells about the menu; every day she came with a new phrase in Russian - thank you Nuch! A huge swimming pool 3 km away, a beautiful sunset and an atmosphere of tranquility. The incomparable birdsong.

The breakfasts are just great, praise the chef. A large number of fruits, a variety of dishes. One big drawback that spoiled the whole mood, if you are with a child, even 9 years old, who is calmly sitting on the phone during breakfast, then you will either sit inside under the air conditioner or in an area with small children in the noise and din. This is a question for the management, but because of this I am not ready to return to this hotel. There are several Thai restaurants and massage parlors nearby. The room, which was newly renovated, is quite large. There are no noisy entertainment nearby. For a relaxing family holiday, that's the thing.

The hotel is cool, but our particular vacation was not without its flaws. For example, we were accommodated with small children on a floor without an elevator. They promised to relocate me if possible (a formality, of course), but they didn't even call me back. Sometimes the keys stopped working. Sometimes there was a smell of sewage in the room. Useful tips include a lot of reviews about Italian and Japanese restaurants, but the drift is an order of magnitude higher than them.

The coolest 5* Marriott hotel, the total number of staff is 600 people. Very cool service, I clean the room at lunch and in the evening they come and prepare the room for bed, close the curtains, straighten the beds, light the nightlights and turn on the TV 😂A huge territory with a bunch of pools , restaurants and the coolest landscaping. The hotel is surrounded on two sides by parks, a wide and clean beach, with “golden” sand, on a really detailed examination, you can see sand particles that sparkle like golden grains of sand. The cleanest water, you do not need to go anywhere for several km, for understanding, there are Similan Islands opposite our coast). The richest buffet in the morning with salmon and champagne. Nearby you can always have lunch or dinner alternatively at the local for three kopecks, but no less delicious than in the coolest restaurant of the hotel. A huge number of outdoor massages, where for the same three kopecks they will make you feel good 😂

I had the "traumatic" experience of Ty Ya in the late 10s. The second attempt and this hotel has completely rehabilitated the country! Excellent green area with bike paths, yoga canopies and other attractions for the active. A decent gym with cardio, strength zones and a gym for groups. Large beach area with sun beds and service. The pool! A real 2km pool. Different zones, pool bars, sun beds, showers, towels, SPF everywhere. Good restaurants with decent food. It's expensive by local standards, but the prices are adequate by the standards of tourist destinations in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sochi. The exchange rate at the hotel is sad. It's better to go to Starbucks in Khao Lak. There is an elephant farm 2km along the beach.

For that, many thanks to the entire staff of this hotel. We stayed at the JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort and Spa with two families and we can say with confidence that this is one of the best hotels we have ever been to. From the very first day, care, attention and a high level of service were felt. The territory is huge, very beautiful and well maintained. Restaurants for every taste, the food is always delicious, fresh and varied. Thanks to the attention of the staff, responsiveness and professionalism, our vacation has become truly carefree and ideal. The user-friendly BONVOY application with an electronic room key, as well as an online chat with the staff, who were always in touch, helped with the organization of all the details, gave recommendations and created the feeling that you were in safe hands. Any wish was fulfilled instantly, such an attitude was incredibly pleasant and expensive. Everyone has visited a la carte restaurants, but in our opinion the BEST Italian restaurant is Olive. I would like to express my special gratitude to chef Enzo, for his delicious food with incredible serving and sparkling humor, as well as to all the staff, everything is delicious, fast, and excellent! Enzo's limoncello and Sardinian lemons served for dessert are great. BRAVO Enzo!!! The hotel is large, with stunning nature, where we enjoyed walking along the coastline. Be sure to visit the farm and garden outside the hotel, very beautiful with a butterfly garden. A magnificent fish pond and escape from the lagoon by canoe. The hotel package includes a free visit to the waterfall, which was a very comfortable and cohesive trip thanks to the hotel guide Fin, who immediately made friends with the whole group, introduced us and was with us all the time. The place is magical, the beauty of nature and the luxury of quality rest have combined! It is important to understand what to expect from the trip. And if the expectations are not just fulfilled, but exceeded, and not only according to the basic criteria, then the rest becomes magical. And immediately after returning, you start planning a trip back to this magical place, and you already want your friends to visit this fairy tale. We will definitely return to the JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort and Spa again and have already booked our visit for August 20th, 2025. We will recommend the hotel to our friends and family.
