A couple of days later, on the basis of the law on consumer rights, which the director apparently did not know about, he had to take the low-quality goods for examination.As a result, the examination showed that the product was of poor quality (it had already been 2 weeks), and only after that the money was returned. We were not satisfied with the service.The managers are incompetent , the director wanted to absolve himself of responsibility and did not want to deal with the problem at all .The money was returned only thanks to perseverance and the law .

At the same time, the seller issued a return certificate, which I began to fill out.Having been bullied, I was forced to leave, with the certainty that they did not want to return the money to me.But after contacting a lawyer, they explained to me that I have the right to return the goods within 14 days, which I did a couple of hours after the incident.I do not recommend this office if you do not want to listen to reproaches, rudeness and obscene language from incomprehensible people.By the way, the spare part was successfully returned on the second attempt.There's no one else there.
