We went on a recent tour of 5 locations : 1) Moon Canyon 2) Black Canyon (Death Valley) 3) Charyn Canyon 4) Charyn River 5) Kolsai Lake You will drive through all these locations in 1 day and will be pleasantly surprised by this ecology, how colorful and unimaginable everything looks! Charyn Canyon was the 1st in this top, then comes the Charyn river. To be honest, it looks like an American Canyon😁 For this kind of excursion, the price even turned out to be very pleasant. Thanks to Jasmine's guide, she spent everything very well, there were even small entertainments at an expensive time

We went on a 1-day tour of 5 locations. Consider this tour only as transportation to the locations you are interested in. It's better to take food with you. In more detail: 1. In fact, there are not 5 locations, but 4 - one of them is the Charyn River, which is located next to the canyon - you can walk to it, or you may not (by yourself). 2. The moment became very unpleasant when the driver honked at each location, hurrying the participants of the tour, greatly getting on their nerves. Of course, I understand that on tours people are often late for the pick-up time, but still, it should be remembered that people have come on vacation. The people are adults, it's not even a children's camp or a school tour group. 3. In addition to this, the "guide" added fuel to the fire (although it is unclear what functions he performed as a guide at all) - Seka. After the first stop, he decided to shame the late participants, literally: apparently, you did not understand the phrase "seven are not waiting for one"? Who's late here? Why are you silent? Were you all on time, right? Next time we'll leave without you. 4. At the next stops, he "just in case" called the departure time earlier than was allocated for the location (5 minutes earlier than agreed). There were threats to "leave without you" at every stop. 5. Take food with you! The place where you were taken to eat raises questions: 3500 rubles for a "set lunch", namely: salad (questionable), a hot dish (which you will be served in a plastic tray of the type in which chicken is usually sold because they do not have plates), tea, bread. Of course, there are plenty of better places to stay along the way, but I think the motivation for choosing this particular place is clear. You can not choose a lunch, that is, either you take this "complex" or nothing. 6. They will simply drop you off at the locations and tell you the time of return. Between locations, they talk a little about places into the microphone. I'll give you two points for the driver's skill, and that's it. Thank you for reading the review to the end.

Half of the group had this question when they saw the Toyota. It's indicated everywhere that he's the only one. Due to the fact that we were driving a smaller Toyota Hayes, there was catastrophically little space, lack of comfort, it was normal and convenient not to sit down and even more so not to sleep. It's a mockery to drive all day in such conditions. One of the passengers was forced to sit on a broken seat near the exit in the 90-degree position, because the seat did not recline. At the very beginning, the bus was late and the sprinter did not arrive. It was very hot in Tayote. When they asked the driver and the organizer to turn on the air conditioner, they simply opened the windows. The air conditioner wasn't working. Because of this, I was blown away and I got sick. The driver was driving very slowly, most likely for the first time on this route, because he took a wrong turn and was not driving fast. There are no questions for the guide, everything is clear. Please sort it out. Previously, we constantly used similar companies and tours, and there were no problems. Or they were warned about them in advance and a dialogue was conducted. If I had been warned in advance about changing cars, I would probably have chosen another company better. Those are your panda competitors, whose price for this tour is significantly lower by 7000 tenge. I don't quite understand why your price is more expensive, given that the transport is worse?

A complete failure, the ultimate aerobatics of irresponsibility. I paid the bill for the trip a minute after it was sent and the manager decided to disappear. After being asked to confirm if everything is fine, there was also no response. There was no information about the car and the guide's number. Departure from the point at 6 a.m., arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled departure, but there is no car, the manager does not answer the phone and messages. Negative emotions were overwhelming. Already in the afternoon, they have to call and figure it out themselves, since they do not have the desire to solve claims on their own. The answer from the employee is simple - the manager decided to go to bed immediately after he sent the bill and did not add it to the lists. The money for the trip was refunded, but the time and nerves spent were not
