A great hotel, we always go here when we come to Kazakhstan. The rooms are large, spacious, everything is neat and stylish. The only small disadvantage, but it can only be for me - not an ordinary shower, only tragic from above, if you just want to wash without your head, it's problematic ...but everything is fine 👍

A new, nice hotel complex, the rooms are spacious, the staff is very friendly. The restaurant is on the 1st floor under the aop of course. The waiters are very young, they swear among themselves, the food is for 3 people, although the menu is quite extensive. All dishes are obviously not prepared by professionals. The hotel manager is a polite and kind man. The coffee on the 1st floor is delicious. By the way, the water is oddly clean but too soft . Soap should be washed off in a populated place for about a minute.
