There are no questions about Smazhenki - the food is extraordinary. The question is about the service, or rather about its speed. We stood in line for 20 minutes. I'm sure you can speed up the process if you serve two sellers and proceed to serve the next guest when the previous one placed the order and paid, and not when the buttermilk warms up in the microwave.

We have been constantly visiting since the opening, since Soviet times. I am glad that the guys are not standing still - they are expanding the range of their pastries. Not only smazhenki of various types, but also mini pizzas, as well as custards (as in childhood, with real butter cream), other cakes and pastries from "Cooking" (now it is called "Gastronomy") An indicator of quality is that there are always several customers in front of the cash register, they take the lubricants both on the spot and with them. Plus, there is a separate glazed area where you can enjoy eating.

A small cafe on the territory of the bus station. A large queue of smudge lovers. Smazhenka is a pie, more like a cheesecake, but with a variety of fillings. Unfortunately, not everything was available. From what I managed to try, I liked it with chicken. The filling is more like a pizza mix, but the dough is tender but very greasy (oiled). As a result: not wow, but you can eat.
