We came with our family to your cafe.we sat for 10 minutes.while the waitress brought the menu.we made our choice, but no one approached us, only 4 tables were occupied in the hall, we called her, but she ignored us.after sitting for 15 minutes waiting for the waiter, we got ready to leave.They approached her in advance and told her about it.to which she began to say that she was busy and there was some kind of queue in the cafe for table service. We wanted to eat now, and not after all 4 tables were eaten (((, although she did not serve them.we were very disappointed because we were guests of your city.

Having visited this institution personally, I had a question for the manager! What kind of mess have you made? What do you do when you have 1 person working in your gym on Friday?
There are no complaints about the staff, they try their best in these conditions. Sorry for the girls.
I suggest that the manager take a day off and work personally!

Delicious food. A convenient location, after shopping for groceries, you can go in for a meal.
+ there are tables for smokers, with a good hood
+ there is a distribution , i.e. you can have a quick lunch during the break
+ discount on pizzas on weekdays until 16.00

03/26/2022 a penalty was issued on the cafe's distribution line with prices on the menu and in the receipt, for some items (I paid more). The tea was not served by order (another one). There was no resolution to the situation, and the response was to ignore it. The situation is not an isolated case. Nevertheless, it is delicious, but the service and maintenance leaves much to be desired:(

The food is normal, it was really bad a couple of times, the service is pleasant, although I don't wait, but I take it in a kind of canteen.BUT the most important and unpleasant reason for me not to go there is cigarette smoke. I do not know where the leadership and the Ministry of Emergency Situations are looking, but if someone smokes, then everyone can hear, I generally doubt the hoods above these special tables, especially since under the new law you can not smoke at all, and taking into account the constantly staying children, there should be nothing at all.

We have been waiting for the waiter for 4325 years, it's easier to serve yourself. If I were the management, I would think about changing the staff and changing the attitude towards the kitchen, or about closing in general.
