The dishes were delicious, there was nothing cold. The second time was surprisingly served quickly by the standards of this institution, only about 40 minutes. The third time, my nerves gave out, and after an hour of waiting (they didn't even wait for the order to be accepted, the waiters seemed to be deliberately ignoring it) they left. There are always a lot of people, probably due to the fact that there are very few places in the vicinity where you can also sit and eat, mostly stalls with unknown chebureks and so on, because of this, the management is apparently satisfied with everything, given that the reviews about the quality of service here are constantly disgusting, and there are no changes. The choice is yours, we definitely won't be coming back here.

The place and the cafe itself are great. There is a dolphinarium and a water park nearby. But the kitchen is just terrible. Mushroom julienne is hard canned mushrooms in a solution of mayonnaise and a very small amount of cheese. They couldn't finish eating.
