We just happened to have a bite to eat at this wonderful place. The quality of the dishes is excellent - everything is delicious, the serving is fire, the service is gorgeous. The staff has a separate respect - polite, friendly, explained / told everything. Special thanks to the waiter girl, I didn't remember the name (, with dyed hair and glasses - very nice and customer-oriented. In general, thanks, everything was very tasty

We were on 07.12.23 with a friend, she ordered baked chicken fillet and Greek salad, I ordered a burger with beef patty and fries. Both were satisfied, everything was fresh and delicious. I came to Lugansk to stay. The Chelsea cafe really liked the Caesar salad. I ordered different steaks, but the grilled veal steak was very overcooked, which was very upsetting, because it costs a lot. And so a cozy cafe, where there is a hall for non-smokers and for smokers.
