Good afternoon! We celebrated a birthday in this institution, February 2026! This is a nightmare! There were no strong expectations about this place, but even they were not fulfilled! 1. Staff: administrators don't know what customer orientation and service rules are at all! We were in the main room where the bar is located, the dishes were not changed, the napkins were not cleaned, the forks and knives were different, as if we were in the dining room. I'm not even talking about how unceremoniously the remote control from the TV was taken away from us, to which we, in fact, had to dance! The sound of the TV should not exceed 60. When we were singing ourselves, we were also told to stop because it's not karaoke! The administrators are hanging on the bar, except for the exit to the next room, it seems that we have invaded their apartment! 2. Cuisine: the meat is not clear (the cheapest segment), and there was no suggestion to bring your own or supplement it! The hot stuff wasn't hot. There is no ice, as it turned out, you had to think about it in advance and order from them! Naturally, no one informed about this when ordering! The bruschettas on the menu come with red fish, they were cut into large pieces with small pieces of fish on them and it was pink salmon (the cheapest to date). 3. One of the advantages is a neat hall and toilet! In our opinion, this establishment is suitable for complex dinners and memorial tables! If you want to celebrate your event in a fun and noisy way, then this is definitely not the place for you!!!

A great cafe to sit with family and friends! Pleasant home environment. The cuisine is excellent, the dishes are interesting to serve and decorate, the table is beautifully set, the menu is wide, there is plenty to choose from, the prices are great, the hall is clean and cozy. Thanks to the staff for the warm welcome. After spending time in the cafe, I had a pleasant experience! A great place to have a snack, the complex is always on top , the price for the complex is 7p.Great In the evening, sit down for a beer and drink under the football itself . pizza is normal . Pilaf from the cook is always excellent. Clean, cozy, delicious as at home.Banquets are full of tables .I definitely recommend it.Without pathos , but delicious 😋

The place is just disgusting! The administration is not coping with its duties, they do not know how to communicate with people at all. Complete disregard of agreed wishes. Violation of hygiene standards in the kitchen . The service is lame on both legs. The sequence and rules of serving dishes are missing, it's just terrible. I do not recommend visiting this place!

Coffee is a dump of the head and ass 😅 When new cafes or restaurants open, I immediately "test" the coffee There's a complete failure in making cappuccino I didn't even see how it was being prepared, because the machine was somewhere under the table, but it should be in plain sight. Milk ... in general, the milk was boiled + it was not fresh The rules for serving coffee with yourself are not followed. The cup should not be closed - the guest does it himself. And these guys are just coffee , think about what 's going on in their kitchen .

Your girlfriend, the receptionist / waiter / cashier, can't handle it alone, you need at least two people, otherwise we wait until they come to take the order, then we wait until they bring it, and as a highlight we wait until we can pay. 6. Resolve the issue with the acquiring operator for mobile device payments. It works everywhere, but you don't. What if there was no cash in the car? 7. When the doors to the kitchen were opened, it didn't get any better, a man in a T-shirt, shorts and flip-flops, without special clothes, without a hat, brought soups (with me, and maybe the rest) from the kitchen. 8. A woman also came for me to take a set lunch, and they told her that they had stopped accepting an order for a set lunch at the institution (since there was a special service at 13:00), only for takeaway. The woman was confused, having probably spent half of her lunch break on the way to the restaurant. If you have specified (I found the information on Instagram) As for a set lunch from 12 to 17, you should be responsible for the information provided. I concluded for myself that it would be better to go another block and get a shawarma, the money is the same, but the quality and taste will be better (at least until the quality of service and the quality of food in the establishment improve) If you take a star for each item, then you have -3 stars in this review... It's a pity, but at least you can leave one, so one! It is hoped that the management of this institution will listen (read) this review, and in the near future it will be possible to change this assessment.

We visited this institution and were disappointed. We were rudely told from the doorstep that there were no set meals, although we did not go for them. We ordered hodgepodge, pasta and dumplings. The hodgepodge and pasta were delicious, but the dumplings: the dough was firm, the meat tasteless. They asked about waiting, to which they replied that it was about 30-40 minutes, just like in any cafe. But the hodgepodge arrived within 10 minutes, but the pasta and dumplings waited for another 30 minutes. We might have waited a bit, but we brought the first course, and after 5 minutes the second. Yes, the prices are certainly pleasant, but...

The food is cold, not cooked. The hodgepodge felt like it had been standing for a couple of days . The pancakes are cold and not fully cooked . Although the staff does not express their displeasure out loud , they show with all their appearance that everything angers and infuriates them . The kitchen , or whatever it is they have behind the closed door on the right , resembles some kind of small room where they smoke and eat . The cooking is disgusting, but in general, this money will do . The chefs or whoever they are look like they just woke up from an alcoholic nap . In general, at first I had a good opinion about the institution, but then I started paying attention to everything. Bread lies in plates on the tables , it feels like it 's been touched more than once , it 's stale , there 's 1 piece of a dry loaf . I think you need to check in there and check out the plumbing station. The most terrible place now . The cutlery seemed to have just been rinsed ! I'm not going there anymore! People are attracted by the price , the kind of people who will close their eyes for the sake of something cheaper . For the sake of principle, I'll come as soon as I'm not there and take a picture or take a video of what 's there and how . I do not recommend visiting this place!
